Pros
It has a water-based toner formula. It absorbs quickly and doesn't feel sticky on the skin.
Cons

I bought this product during a free shipping deal. It's a great watery toner to use as the first step after cleansing. There's no noticeable scent, and it's a lightweight toner without any standout features or drawbacks. Being a water-based toner, it absorbs quickly without feeling sticky or leaving any residue on the skin. It works well as an exfoliating toner and can also be transferred to a spray bottle to use as a refreshing mist.
