  Pros

  Unlike the previous matte Ruby Woo, this one glides on as smoothly as a lip balm. The color has also evolved - the original red now has a fluorescent magenta mixed in, giving it a pinkier hue. It's perfect for cool-toned skin and I highly recommend it. When I applied this shade, it instantly brightened up my face. The color is truly beautiful.

  Cons

  With the matte finish gone and a softer, richer texture taking its place, it tends to spread out on the lips after a short while. This makes it less than ideal for creating a gradient effect.
