However, as they have a lot of white and pink undertones, and minimal pigmentation, I'd recommend using them as base lipsticks rather than wearing them alone, especially for shades 21 and below. These colors are perfect for those who have found most cool-toned lipsticks to appear too warm or flushed. The formula is thick and creamy, as many are already aware. Due to the color characteristics, the pigmentation is quite sheer. It's best to apply the color separately on the top and bottom lips, or apply a thin layer first and then build up the center for a plump, creamy sheen, rather than using a single sweeping motion.
