Especially in the heat, like in the summer, if you keep it in the fridge and then apply it and put your face in front of the air conditioner, it gets really refreshing, so I found it works better for cooling down when it's hot rather than just for calming purposes. The level of coolness is significantly higher than other brands' packs.

The pack fabric itself is not a well-adhering material, so it can come loose on uneven surfaces, and the essence keeps flowing out. The essence also has color, so when you wipe it off your skin, a brownish residue comes off. The brown particles stuck to the pack fabric also left an unpleasant residue on the skin.
