I initially debated buying Cool Flutter and Husky together with Mauve, but decided to try Cool Flutter first. Now I regret not getting them all at once! The 03 Cool Flutter has a beautiful color, just as I imagined. It creates a subtle Inner Glow that's exactly what I was hoping for. When applied to my skin, it blends with my natural redness, resulting in a slightly saturated lavender hue. It's not a stark, white-based lavender, but rather a muted, calm lavender-pink that seems to complement any complexion. I found that patting it on with my fingers, rather than using a puff, best brings out the Inner Glow effect of this blush. For the most intense color payoff, I dab the product on the desired areas, gently blend it out, then use a puff to softly blur the edges. Since it's a buildable formula, applying two layers gives a perfect flush of color.
