Light pink, neon pink, and coral-based colors don't suit my complexion, so I rarely bought blushers before. Even when I did, they'd end up forgotten after one or two uses. While brands like 3CE now offer diverse shades, a few years ago, all we had were bright, powdery pink-red-orange blushers. I was initially drawn to this product because of its gorgeous packaging design. With two colors in one and a generous amount of product, it's great value for money. The blusher is divided into base and point colors, which don't apply too intensely when dabbed on. This makes it easy to control the amount, perfect for blusher beginners or those who worry about looking overdone. I usually dislike makeup that slides off or feels heavy with powder, so I've always preferred liquid types. However, this powdery cream formula is something I'd recommend even to those who finish with powder. The base color applies so subtly that you might wonder if you've applied anything at all. You can build it up to a soft flush by dabbing 2-3 times on your blusher spots. Rosy Talk, being a nude tone, works well on the nose bridge, chin, and philtrum too. The point color is more pigmented than the base. Applied over the base, it gives a natural, not-too-intense color. It's versatile enough to use alone, depending on your preference and the occasion. It has a muted red tone that looks beautiful when applied in a smaller area over the base color for a subtle effect. The product itself has a powdery cream texture, slightly firm like a pudding pot, but it won't dent unless you press hard. The velvety texture feels amazing. Unlike liquid blushers that can be too moist, or powder blushers that require a brush, this one doesn't wipe off easily when applied, which I'm very satisfied with. Since products I like often get discontinued, I want to stock up on this one. Luckily, the generous amount means I can hoard a bit more!
ConsThere's nothing I dislike about this product. I'm completely satisfied with the packaging, color range, and pigmentation.
TipIf you're unsure which color to choose, pick one similar to your usual lip color. If you're still uncertain, check out YouTuber Yuria's swatching video. Her fair skin and minimal filtering provide honest color representation, making it easier to imagine how it might look on your own skin tone. The product comes with an inner protective cap. I recommend keeping it in place during use. Without it, I felt the outer layer might dry out quickly if stored for a long time.
