It's easy to apply a light layer.
ConsThere weren't any particular downsides. I'd be willing to buy and use it again.

The scent is pleasant and mild.
ConsThe lasting power seems a bit short. I find myself reapplying it frequently throughout the day.
TipIt works great when mixed half-and-half with a brightening moisturizer.

I felt it helped with soothing and reducing heat on my skin. The formula itself is also hydrating, so I'd recommend it for all skin types!
ConsThe downside is that, being a sunscreen, it does have a somewhat rich feel to it. This might be a bit disappointing for those with extremely oily skin!
TipIf you find it feels too rich, try gently blotting with oil-absorbing sheets!

There's hardly any white cast, and it glides on smoothly. After using this, I often received compliments on my skin's glow and overall appearance. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my thoughts since the rating seemed lower than expected. Although I haven't been using it for long, I'm extremely satisfied with this product.
ConsI haven't noticed much difference yet... For those who dislike any sticky residue after application, you might prefer a different product.

ConsIt stings if it gets into your eyes, and it doesn't seem to wash off easily.
TipI wouldn't recommend this for those looking for a gentler option.

ConsEven considering it's a mineral sunscreen, it tends to leave a white cast. Not recommended for use on sweaty days as it can create a white residue when you perspire

Gentle on the skin with a soothing effect. Safe ingredients. I plan to purchase this mineral sunscreen from now on.
ConsSlight white cast. The price point is a bit high. (Though I bought the summer edition which was more affordable)
TipI bought the summer edition set that came with an organic sunscreen. That's why the product image looks different. You can confirm it's the same product by checking the product name. Being a mineral sunscreen, it's effective even when applied right before going out. I have sun allergy on my neck, and this has been really handy for sudden outings. I'm on my second tube now.

The absorption was good too.
ConsFirst off, I have super sensitive skin that breaks out with even the slightest presence of harsh ingredients... I only switched my sunscreen to this one in my usual skincare routine, and the very next day I was shocked to find hive-like blemishes around my eyes. If I had used this on vacation, it could have ruined everything... I feel deceived for buying this after it was promoted as soothing. I just had a facial treatment a few days ago, and now I'll have to spend money on another dermatologist visit...
TipNot recommended for sensitive skin

I'm on my second bottle now, and it's superior in both price and quality. Unless there's a reformulation this year, I'm definitely sticking with this sunscreen - I'm that satisfied! Here's why I love it: 1. As someone with sensitive skin, I prefer mineral sunscreens. This one has an incredibly smooth application compared to others. 2. Despite being mineral-based, it provides a nice brightening effect without irritating my eyes. 3. The price is unbeatable. 4. It keeps my skin comfortably hydrated, even better than pricier brands. As someone with combination skin, I don't experience any excess oiliness. What more can I say? Comparing it to other mineral sunscreens: Some brightening sunscreens irritated my eyes despite covering blemishes well. Other mineral options left a heavy white cast or felt dry and difficult to spread. This product ticks all the boxes, making me see Round A'Round in a new light. As a former Olive Young employee, I'm well aware of their house brand quality (and pricing). This level of performance is truly impressive. Olive Young has really outdone themselves! I'll definitely be recommending this as my go-to sunscreen this year, buying it for my parents, myself, and as gifts for friends! And for those who've read this far: I've already compared all the products in this sun care line. Since I'm prone to small blemishes, I opted for the Calming version, which doesn't clog pores. Consider trying the Calming sunscreen if that sounds good to you!
ConsWhile it spreads more easily than other mineral sunscreens, the product tends to dispense generously. It might be a bit much for those with smaller faces. This is subjective and not a major drawback, but if precise amount control is important to you, squeeze gently when using! ++++++ Update after 3 months (July 5th) ++++++ While replying to comments, I realized there's a slight downside I should mention, especially since I'm particular about certain aspects of cosmetics. I have a keen sense of smell, so this might not be an issue for those less sensitive or with sinus problems. I didn't notice it much at first, but over time, I've detected a faint rubber or silicone-like scent. It might be characteristic of zinc oxide. It's very subtle, but if you strongly dislike such scents, I'd recommend testing it at your local Olive Young before purchasing.
TipIf you apply it separately to your face, front of neck, and back of neck (like I do), be sure to control how much you squeeze out! ++++++ Extra tip added on July 5th ++++++ If you're interested in sun protection and skin slow-aging (this isn't an anti-aging product promotion, but the dermatologist's content is very informative! Recommended for those who use a lot of sunscreen), check out the three Clinical Lab videos on the IO:PE channel. Though it's a different brand, the videos explain recent research findings, and despite some promotional content, they're incredibly informative! Here's a useful sunscreen application tip I learned: I've found that using the Round A'Round sunscreen stick around my eyes works wonderfully! The stick isn't too firm, applies smoothly without irritating my eyes, has just the right amount of moisture, and doesn't melt and run with sweat like cream sunscreens do. It's dramatically improved my sunscreen experience! I inherited oily eyelids from my dad, and even after just one day, oil would get into my eyes, causing intense stinging. This made me rarely use eyeshadow despite collecting it. Before using the Round A'Round sunstick around my eyes, I'd experience horrible stinging every night after work as the sunscreen melted into my eyes. This has been a game-changer! If you're like me, with oily eyelids that make sunscreen melt and cause teary, stinging eyes, definitely give this method a try!
