As someone with blemish-prone skin, I was worried this might be too heavy or irritating. But I'm happy to report that during use, I didn't experience any new breakouts! It seems gentle and effective. The dropper is a bit frustrating. You have to press it quite hard to get the product out. It seems like the dropper isn't able to draw up the serum very well. It's great to find a product that works for sensitive, acne-prone skin without causing irritation. The gentle formula is a big plus. I have combination dehydrated skin! This is truly my essential Hwahae item... I'm not sure why, but even when using the same skincare and foundation, there were many days when my makeup would pill, not adhere at all, or look patchy. But when I apply this, let it absorb, and then put on my base makeup, I instantly get that Inner Glow and my makeup applies so beautifully! If you're stressed about your base makeup not adhering well, you really should try this! It's also great for combating deep dryness when applied before bed. Your skin won't feel dehydrated overnight! The texture isn't particularly light, but it's not heavy either, so you'll definitely want to use a cream on top of it in winter. There's really nothing I dislike about it... If I had to choose something, maybe the scent? But personally, I prefer this to an overly artificial fragrance. Before bed, I apply a generous amount, put on a sheet mask for 15 minutes, then remove it. The next day, my skin is glowing and the hydration is locked in. I always do this the night before an important event!

It effectively combats deep dryness, and the balance between hydration and rich feel is spot-on, making a great first impression! However, as someone with blemish-prone combination dehydrated skin that's super sensitive, daily use during summer led to some small bumps, possibly due to the slightly rich texture. Depending on your skin type, those with sensitive skin or those prone to oiliness might benefit from using it lightly 2-3 times a week, or as an intensive evening treatment. The formula provides enough moisture even when used on its own.

This encouraged me to use it consistently every day. I used it without any blemishes and my skin felt smooth, but I was a bit disappointed that I didn't notice significant improvements in deep dryness or overall skin condition. I had been struggling with tiny bumps due to dryness for a while, and unfortunately, this didn't provide much relief. Still, I was satisfied with how the formula felt on my skin. It's hard to see how much product is left since it's in a dropper bottle. I can't tell if I've used it all up or not. I'm really enjoying this product. It definitely helps with hydration. Even in summer, it doesn't feel sticky. The black bottle makes it hard to see how much product is left. I understand it's to prevent sunlight from spoiling the contents, but still... It seems you need to use at least two bottles to see the effects. This works well regardless of skin type. There's nothing to complain about, and it appears to absorb well. Satisfied. I'm pleased with this product. It's effective for all skin types, though you might need to use it consistently for a while to see noticeable results. The absorption is good, which is a big plus. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with its performance.
