After using it for a week, I'm blown away by the amazing cooling effect. It's so refreshing and hydrating - I absolutely love it! It seems like it could really help with reducing puffiness. While it does provide hydration, it doesn't last very long. You'll probably need to apply an additional moisturizer on top. I'd recommend applying toner first, then this product. Following up with a serum or moisturizer would likely enhance the benefits even more.
