I also have a bit of redness and some small bumps. The pads are thick and can be conveniently torn into a yin-yang shape. Using them as instructed leaves no wasted areas, which is great. They're wonderfully hydrating. There's plenty of essence at the bottom, and the pads are well-soaked. It's not so drippy that it runs everywhere, so it's good for both wiping and as a skin pack. I absolutely hate sticky finishes, but this absorbs well without feeling tacky. Tweezers are included. Many brands don't bother with this, so it's a nice touch! However, the tweezers are quite weak - only useful for light gripping, not for tearing the pads.
ConsThe scent. It's stronger than expected and might be polarizing. I'm not particularly sensitive and found the fragrance subtle enough, but some people might dislike it. Tearing the pads along the perforations can be tricky. I tried to tear it roughly and ended up with an uneven shape, which was surprising. For some reason, maybe due to the rich texture, I got a pimple or two after using this. Though it could be because I wasn't feeling my best...
TipIt might be even better if used chilled.

With summer approaching, I really needed a pad with toning effects that could also cool down my skin. I was a bit worried at first, since vitamin and shea butter don't usually agree with my skin, and it was an unfamiliar brand with no reviews. But after using it every evening for 5 days straight, I'm amazed - no blemishes at all, and it even calmed my skin and smoothed out dead skin cells. It might be too soon to tell if my complexion has brightened, but I noticed that some recent blemish scars have faded a bit! The scent is just like shea butter hand cream. The pads are shaped like two eye patches joined together, forming a circle like the center of the Korean flag. They're quite thick, which explains the heavy container for just 50 pads. I split one pad in half for my cheeks, and use a quarter for my eye area. Despite being thin when split, they're still saturated with essence. I use 1.5 pads for my nightly skincare routine to make them last longer. It's such a great product for my super sensitive skin - my face feels silky smooth and has a lovely Inner Glow!
ConsThe price is quite steep for 50 pads. However, each pad feels as thick as 3 regular ones, which might justify the cost. To make them last, I'm splitting each pad. Also, those with oily skin might find it a bit rich, as it leaves a slightly slick feeling after use.
TipEach pad is shaped like the circle in the Korean flag. I split it in half for my cheeks, then take another pad, use half of it (like the blue part of the flag), put the rest back, and split that half again. This way, I only use 1.5 pads per day to make them last longer.
