easy and clean use. thick yet not heavy on the skin. did not leave any residue after use and removed my waterproof mascara that has survived literal hell. compared to other normal cleansing balms, it felt like it had less product as it lasted around over 2 months only, while i’ve used ones that lasted a good 4 months. after you finish the product, pry open the top twisting part using whatever you can and there’s like extra product you can up😋👍

It took me about 5 months to use up the entire container! First off, I absolutely loved the unique design where you twist the container and the balm comes out shaved - no need for a spatula, which keeps everything nice and clean! When my friends stayed over, they were all amazed by this cleansing balm when they used it to wash their faces. The cleansing effectiveness is truly impressive! This product alone can remove all your makeup thoroughly. There's hardly any deep dryness after cleansing with this! Unlike foam cleansers that can be quite drying, this cleansing balm is so much gentler on the skin. I also adore the packaging! I'm definitely repurchasing this product! I just finished it yesterday and I'm so pleased that I wanted to leave a review. The gentle ingredients and the hygienic grinding applicator were real highlights for me. Considering the price, it's a bit disappointing. The amount seems really small (even less visible due to the grinding mechanism), and after using it for a short while, the product stopped coming out. I can't tell if I've used it all up or if it's malfunctioning. To be honest, I'm not sure about its effectiveness in removing sebum either. (With Banila Co, I could see sebum coming out daily and felt lighter after use, so I might go back to that one...) The product's gentle formulation is a plus for those with sensitive skin. However, the value for money and overall effectiveness seem to be lacking. The grinding mechanism, while hygienic, makes it difficult to gauge how much product is left. The sebum control doesn't appear to be as effective as some competitors, like Banila Co. Consider your skin's needs and budget when deciding on this product.
