The compact powder's packaging is so pretty, making it a joy to carry around! Its small size is super convenient too. Plus, with such a wide range of shades available, it's great that it can suit many different complexions! The included puff isn't the best... haha. I'd recommend buying a separate puff. Also, the staying power is a bit lacking, so I'd suggest using this more for touch-ups throughout the day. I highly recommend getting a Pony Effect powder puff to use with this product! - aj*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesRecommendedJul 15, 2025
The way it blurs pores and uneven texture is absolutely incredible. Applying it to smile lines prevents makeup from settling in. If you pat a bit on before drawing your eyebrows, it significantly reduces smudging. It also has a brightening effect that helps prevent darkening. I wore this in summer and was sweating buckets outside, but my face stayed perfectly matte! The puff applicator is honestly terrible. If you're not super careful with the amount, it clumps and looks patchy. The ones from the dollar store are actually better. I docked a point just because of the puff. It might be better to swap it out with a dollar store puff or a different applicator. Before applying to your face, try this trick: put some product on the puff, then adjust the amount by rubbing it on the fleshy part of your palm opposite your thumb. This helps prevent clumping. Works like a charm! - ki**************Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsRednessRecommendedJul 15, 2025
This is truly an amazing daily essential I'm using religiously! It's affordable and delivers real results. The tinted powder allows for some complexion evening. The blurring effect is absolutely mind-blowing - just like in the videos, it covers pores and uneven texture. It's a total game-changer! Everyone needs to get their hands on this, no joke. The different shades don't seem to have much noticeable difference. The puff that comes with it is absolutely terrible. You should swap out the puff for the pink one they sell at Daiso. That'll give you an even more beautiful skin finish. - ny******Dry SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJul 13, 2025
First off, I'm thrilled with its compact size, wallet-friendly price, and excellent value for money. The quality is so impressive that I'm 100% going to repurchase it! I honestly can't think of any downsides. It's even better that it comes in various shades to suit different complexions. - hk********Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 13, 2025
It covers pores exceptionally well and gives a blurred effect, leaving your skin feeling soft and velvety. If you don't control the amount properly, it can look a bit too cakey, which is slightly disappointing. It applies even better if you warm it up in your hands before putting it on your face. - th********Dry SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresJul 12, 2025
The packaging is pretty and the price seems reasonable. The staying power is poor, and I'm on my third tube but it keeps breaking. It's really frustrating. I haven't even dropped it, so why does this keep happening? - ru*************Dry SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJul 11, 2025
The About Tone powder is seriously lightweight! It goes on so effortlessly, leaving your skin feeling soft and smooth like a baby's. It's incredible how it conceals texture - even if you look closely, you can't see any imperfections. This powder is truly top-tier. It subtly brightens your complexion while looking natural. It's a master at absorbing excess oil without caking up at all. I've used it down to the very last bit! First off, you absolutely need to replace the puff. It applies the product too heavily. While the puff seems okay at first, it starts to make the powder clump as you use it... - ye**********Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesRecommendedJul 8, 2025
It really goes on smoothly and gives a soft, flawless finish! The coverage for uneven skin texture isn't bad either! I loved how it brightened up my complexion beautifully. To be honest, I thought the puff was okay at first, but after using it a few times, it became all clumpy and messy. What's so good about this puff? However, it does tend to get oily pretty quickly, unfortunately! Works hard to even out skin tone Absorbs well for a brightening effect The puff applicator deteriorates quickly with use May lead to excess oil production on the skin - rl************Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsEnlarged PoresRednessJul 8, 2025
About Tone Fixing Powder 1.5 Cool Fair 🔍 Skin Type: Combination / Oily T-zone Usage Period: About 2 weeks Why I Bought It I can't do my makeup without powder. I'm a powder nomad! Despite being short on cash, I bought this because it was relatively inexpensive. 💬 Review After Use As this powder has a tint, it does a great job of evening out the skin tone. It gives a soft, matte finish. When you first apply a layer, it creates a beautifully smooth complexion, almost as if you're doing a Chinese period drama makeup. That's about it though. The staying power is so poor I nearly lost my lunch. If I had oily skin... I couldn't have used it at all. I'm so thankful that only my nose gets oily. Because it doesn't last, you have to keep reapplying, but even one touch-up makes it look way too thick... It seriously looks like you've applied two layers of foundation. During breaks, I'd blot the oil on my nose, but by the next break, it would be oily again. As someone who values longevity in makeup, I really felt this product wasn't worth the money. 👎 Disappointments The puff is incredibly disappointing. It's not even worth calling disappointing. It just doesn't work well with the powder at all. The puff becomes a mess. You can watch it turn into a disaster as it mixes with the powder and your skin's oils. 🙆♀️ Who I'd Recommend It To I don't recommend it. Even those with dry skin should look for a different, lighter powder. The staying power is really poor. When I first applied it, it seemed to last a while, but when it came time for touch-ups and I added more powder, the oil quickly resurfaced. It makes you wonder if it's even functioning as a powder should. If you really want to make good use of this powder, I recommend applying it lightly with a dense powder brush. - na*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJul 6, 2025
The skin finish is smooth and velvety, with minimal creasing. Even as someone who doesn't typically like powder, I find myself using this regularly! There's not really anything to complain about, but if I had to nitpick, I'd say the design isn't particularly distinctive or unique.
