In the winter, my face became too dry, irritated, and sensitive, so I bought this product and was satisfied. It seems similar to the Laneige Cream Skin, as it is a milky toner, but it is lighter and less burdensome on the skin than the Cream Skin. Sometimes when there is too much oil or nourishment, it inevitably leads to trouble, but fortunately that has never happened with this toner. It moisturizes just the right amount without any stickiness, making it a reliable toner. Most importantly, the cost-effectiveness is excellent, so I plan to repurchase once I finish this bottle!
Cons

My skin is atopic and extremely dry. I purchased this product because it has good cost-effectiveness and good ingredients. It absorbs well, and I use it every morning - my makeup also applies nicely! It seems to have good moisturizing properties as well!! It's convenient and good to use daily, so I highly recommend it for those with dry skin. It was great because it was lightweight. The fragrance was also unscented, so I could use it comfortably.

It applies smoothly without feeling sticky and has almost no scent, making it great for light application!! It spreads on gently.
Cons
I'm combination skin, and it fits me perfectly!! For dry areas, I should definitely apply toner and moisturizer.

It's extremely cost-effective and I feel like my skin has become brighter since using this. I have a dry skin type, so I found it to be light and good.

Pros
First of all, it's really big and the price is affordable, so it's great to use generously for modeling packs or toner packs without any burden! The texture itself is really like floating water, translucent? It's a white color. I think I saw a video saying that rice-floating water helps with skin whitening, and sure enough, after using it for about 3 weeks, my face definitely looks brighter (like the difference between mud and water-soaked sand). Since the texture is watery, it was actually light and good for me, a oily-skinned person. (By the way, when I completely changed the products I was using, my skin improved a lot, but I'm not sure if it's because of this product alone since I tend to buy cosmetics all at once!)
