  As a member of The Hwahae Testers, I'm writing this review after using the product from April 16th to 23rd! 1. The massage ball that comes with the product is great for gently massaging the delicate eye area without irritation. I used to wonder if I was doing it right when rubbing my eye area with my fingers, but with this, one pump and a massage until it absorbs is just perfect. 2. I loved the cooling effect! The texture is refreshing, and the cooling sensation made it quick to apply and absorb around the eyes. After absorption, there was no heavy or greasy feeling, which I really appreciated. 3. The container is small and light, making it very portable. Many eye serums come in tube packaging, which can be risky when traveling as they might burst under heavy luggage. This product's small, lightweight plastic container is easy to carry without worry, yet sturdy enough not to break or get crushed during travel.

  Cons

  Eye serums typically have small quantities, so you usually know when it's time to repurchase. Unfortunately, with this product's packaging, it's hard to tell how much is left, which is a bit disappointing.

  Tip

  I usually apply eye serum to my nasolabial folds as well, and this product works great for massaging that area too!

  Pros

  I was impressed not only by the serum itself but especially by its function as a gua sha/massage tool. I recently heard that direct gua sha on the face isn't recommended, but this doesn't aggressively stimulate the skin. Instead, it provides a gentle massage for areas prone to muscle tension like around the eyes and forehead, which I found very pleasant. Thanks to its shape, it seemed to effectively release muscle knots with minimal effort. The serum itself isn't too rich, allowing the roller to glide smoothly. As the weather transitions to summer and my skin starts to reject heavier products, I could use this without any issues. I think I'll be able to use it even in the peak of summer without relegating it to the back of my drawer. I also appreciate that refills are available, allowing for easy replacement once it's finished.

  Cons

  I wish the amount of serum dispensed with each pump was a bit less. It's meant for use around the eyes and nasolabial folds, but the current amount is too much to divide between both sides. I prefer applying and massaging one side at a time, but the pump dispenses more than needed for this method.

  - The steel ball applicator is gentle enough for delicate areas like around the eyes, providing a soothing and cool sensation without irritation. While the cooling effect doesn't last too long, it quickly refreshes when reapplied, which is great. - It's perfect for massaging the area between the eyebrows and sides of the nose. The ball rolls smoothly, making it easy to apply the product evenly. It's also wonderfully cooling for reducing eye puffiness and feels refreshing when gently pressed against the temples. - The amount dispensed is easy to control, making it convenient to use on various areas of the face as needed. - While not completely fragrance-free, the scent is pleasantly subtle. - As for hygiene, you can clean it by rolling it on a tissue or wiping with an alcohol swab, which works well.

  Cons

  - I wish the ball was slightly larger in size. - The connection between the tip and the main container seems weak, as it keeps separating. When trying to reattach it, some product leaks out, which feels wasteful. - The finish is a bit sticky, so you need to massage it thoroughly with the steel ball until it's fully absorbed, which can take some time.

  Pros

  ✔️Skin Type I have typical oily skin that gets shiny quickly after morning cleansing, with large pores full of sebum. On top of that, I have super sensitive skin that's red and combination dehydrated. If I use the wrong skincare products, I can get blemishes or skin irritation. ✔️User Experience First off, the product seems gentle! Despite my sensitive skin, I didn't experience any blemishes or itching. While applying, I felt a cooling effect and it seemed to calm my skin. Also, as I rolled it around, it felt like it was improving blood circulation, making my eyes feel brighter. Although I've only used it for a week and haven't noticed any significant improvements yet, the user experience is very good and I'm satisfied.

  Cons

  As a tip, it would be helpful if there were instructions on how to clean and maintain hygiene since we need to keep using the same applicator!

  Make sure to press it only once! I thought it wasn't coming out well, so I pressed it multiple times and ended up with too much product.
