It's just so-so. Using this doesn't make my skin suddenly become great or anything like that.

I got it on a hot deal and bought it cheaply, but I'm not sure about the effects. It's not irritating and there are no side effects, but I'm not sure if it's as good as the many reviews say.

For a week, I've been using it and my complexion has brightened and my skin has become smooth and supple.

I felt that using this serum along with Hwahae Yellow Patches helped improve the appearance of my stubborn acne scars more quickly.

The formulation is a bit heavy, so when I scratch it with my nails, a small pimple that bursts tends to appear. In the summer, it's best to avoid applying it daily as much as possible, or just apply a little to the areas with pigmentation.

I felt that my old, brownish acne pigmentation marks seemed to be improving. Even when using other whitening products, it was difficult to see the effects on the old marks, but this product was effective. 👍 And when I used this product and applied my basic skincare the next day after cleansing, there was a very smooth, slippery feeling compared to usual! I was really happy that my skin seemed to have improved.

Individuals sensitive to high concentrations of niacinamide can use this as an alternative!

The dramatic whitening effect is, well, I'm not too sure about it yet.

Hwahae niacinamide was irritating and difficult to apply for me, so I switched to Derma Factory's ampoule, which doesn't cause any irritation or pilling. It contains niacinamide and tranexamic acid, so it seems to be less irritating. However, I'm not sure about its outstanding whitening efficacy.

The runny, watery serum formula absorbs quickly, which I liked. I was surprised that this high-concentration serum didn't irritate my skin.
Since it contains 10% niacinamide, I think it will also be effective for my pores.
I haven't seen dramatic results yet, but as it's gentle, I plan to use it consistently.

There were no real issues with the product itself, but I'm not satisfied that the brown packaging makes it difficult to see the remaining amount. 
Additionally, I'm not sure if the pumping mechanism is just faulty on my particular product, but when I pump it, a small amount leaks out the bottom, making the opening messy and causing it to get on other areas. The durability of the pump container doesn't seem very good.

Hwahae seems very suitable for oily skin that produces a lot of sebum, as it prevents dryness. However, it is not recommended for dry or sensitive skin.

The cost-effectiveness is really great.
This is the first time I've used an ampoule with niacinamide as the main ingredient. They say niacinamide regulates sebum production, and that's probably why the cream I've been using also feels much drier when I apply it.
When I use it once a day for about three days in a row, I feel like the reddish acne scars are fading a bit, but after more than three days, my skin feels generally weaker. It's not irritated or itchy or anything, but when I cleanse my face or apply cream, there's a subtly different sensation compared to normal. And then I ended up getting acne - red and painful acne.

Carefully wiping the bottle opening after pumping can help reduce the formation of the white powder.

I wish the tranexamic acid content was a bit higher. Also, due to the niacinamide, the serum seems to harden into a white powder-like substance at the pump opening.

I've been using it since June 30th, and I'm now on my second bottle. While I'm not sure about the effectiveness in reducing my freckles, I believe it will help prevent the formation of new ones in the future. The serum is also great - it doesn't feel sticky, even in the hot summer weather, and I can use it morning and night without any discomfort, as it's not a peeling product. The pump packaging is convenient, and the dark bottle makes me feel like the serum is well-protected. 🤣
