Pros
Gentle and mildly acidic, it's perfect for sensitive skin! I used it worry-free even during my period and on sensitive days. No itching or blemishes after use - I'm really satisfied! Even with my super sensitive skin, I could use it comfortably without any irritation. After washing, it leaves a refreshing and soothing feeling, which is reassuring every time I use it. The texture is clean and smooth, and it's great value for money.
Cons
It's a bit disappointing that it's not a bubble pump type. It would be much easier to use if it dispensed as a rich foam right away, but you have to lather it up yourself. Still, it foams up nicely after pumping once or twice.
Tip
Use it daily for effective intimate area care!

Pros
The transparent gel texture has an almost imperceptible scent, making it non-offensive. I'm satisfied that there's no itching or irritation after use.

Pros
‼️Hwahae Tester's Choice Product‼️ The transparent gel-cream texture was the best part - it didn't leave my skin feeling dry at all, but instead finished with a lovely hydrated feel. During my period, when I usually feel uncomfortable and sensitive with some itching, this product significantly improved both the itchiness and dryness. It also lathers up nicely, leaving my skin wonderfully moisturized!
Cons
The scent might be a bit divisive... It's somewhat like an herbal fragrance, but not quite. It's supposed to be refreshing, but it's a bit ambiguous? I don't dislike it, but I can't say I'm a fan either.

Pros
I've always used foaming cleansers, so this texture was quite new to me. It's a colorless gel formula, almost jelly-like. When used properly with water, it creates a rich lather which I found very satisfying! Being pH-balanced, it was a hit for me personally. I felt it was gentle on my skin without causing any irritation. I had high hopes for its soothing and hydrating properties, and I wasn't disappointed! My skin definitely feels less dry, and the itchiness has significantly reduced, which is great! The scent is mild and shouldn't be polarizing for most people. If you catch it on sale, it's quite affordable. With 300ml, it's a generous size that will last a while. The long shelf life is another plus, so I think I'll get good use out of it!
Cons
There's nothing particularly disappointing about this product! Overall, I'm very satisfied with it!

✓ Produces a rich, abundant lather ✓ Excellent cleansing effectiveness ✓ Leaves no dryness after use ✓ Gentle on the skin with no irritation ✓ Has a moderate deodorizing effect I'll update my review later if I experience any itching or increased discharge. -----Update----- After using it consistently about twice a week, I feel it has definitely reduced itching and discharge. It seems to help maintain better overall body condition.
Cons

✓ Feel It seems to maintain a fresh, long-lasting hydration. Even with ingrown hairs and post-waxing, there was absolutely no itching or irritation! I used to get frequent yeast infections depending on my condition and had a lot of discharge, but the discharge has decreased. ✓ Texture This was my first time trying a gel-type feminine cleanser. My previous A*ma*ca foam-type cleanser had a rusty spring at the opening, which caused me issues with yeast infections. With just one or two pumps, it produced enough foam, and the gel was soft, making it easy to use. ✓ Scent It has a subtle fragrance, which they say is mugwort. The scent was surprisingly pleasant. I like that it's not an artificial smell. Having this subtle scent actually makes using it more enjoyable.
Cons
✗ Packaging It's opaque, making it difficult to see how much product has been used.

Pros
As a member of The Hwahae Testers, here's my review after using the product! Being a sensitive soul prone to frequent yeast infections, I've had itchy and tingling experiences with harsh products in the past. However, this product is so gentle that I could use it without any irritation whatsoever. It lathers well, allowing for a smooth cleanse, and I love that it doesn't leave that squeaky-clean feeling afterwards! While I generally enjoy scented body products, when it comes to feminine hygiene products, fragranced ones can sometimes feel a bit off-putting. This product, however, is nearly scentless, making it perfect for those with sensitivity to fragrances.
Cons
I haven't experienced any discomfort while using it yet, but the opaque packaging might be inconvenient when you're trying to gauge how much product is left as you're nearing the end.

Pros
1. Mugwort scent eliminates unpleasant odors During menstruation or heavy discharge days, just one cleanse helps combat that distinctive discomfort. 2. Contains probiotics As someone prone to vaginal infections, oral probiotics didn't work for me. I've always checked for probiotics in topical or wash-off products and used them daily for 365 days. Since then, I haven't had to visit the doctor for itching issues. Among probiotic-containing feminine washes, this product is relatively affordable and I felt an immediate improvement in itching after use. 3. Clean container design The white, sleek pump-type bottle doesn't stand out or cause embarrassment in a shared bathroom, which I personally appreciate. 4. Value for money Being a gel type rather than foam, you get more uses per bottle compared to the price. It's also cheaper than other probiotic-containing cleansers from other brands, making it more accessible.
Cons
The cleansing power is too strong for frequent use. It leaves a squeaky clean feeling after one use. On my period, I wash frequently to prevent odor, using a cleanser up to 4 times a day. Considering this, some people might find daily use a bit harsh. I think a foam type might be better. With gel types, you need to rub to create cleansing power, which means you have to accept some skin friction. (Unless you have special needs like me, requiring daily care due to uterine issues, it's a very decent product.)
Tip
I also use it as a hand wash right before cleansing or changing my menstrual cup to maintain slightly acidic skin pH. It's especially essential when doing an acidic foam cleanse in the morning, or before removing and inserting a menstrual cup by hand. It's much more helpful in maintaining the uterine pH balance compared to using alkaline hand soaps.

I discovered this brand thanks to Hwahae. During the trial period, I didn't experience any skin issues.
