The product is effective. The effectiveness seems to depend on the type of pimple. It is definitely effective in soothing pimples that are about to pop.
Cons
You need to control the amount carefully. It shouldn't be applied directly to the bare face. Since it's a good, strong product, it's better to apply it after using a base product and as the final step. I tried applying it directly to my bare face and my skin became a bit abnormal. After that, I apply the base product first and then use it. The small size is quite expensive. But it's okay since I don't use it often.
