  Pros

  I was so stressed out with back acne and chest acne in the summer. But this product was a real lifesaver! My blemishes cleared up quickly and my acne just disappeared.

  There's nothing bad to say, it's just great! It's excellent for getting rid of body acne.

  Tip

  After using this body wash, I bought the body mist from the same line and sprayed it on. The results were amazing!

  I've finally found a body wash I can stick with after struggling to settle on a soap or body wash due to my back acne! The Illiyoon body wash is a game-changer! I knew Illiyoon was great for their body wash and emulsion, but they're also excellent at acne products! Since using this body wash, the frequency of my breakouts has significantly decreased. Even those pesky, deep inflammatory blemishes have almost disappeared. It lathers well and has a subtle, pleasant scent. If you have sensitive or acne-prone skin, you absolutely must try this. It also includes ingredients for improving acne scars, making it a two-in-one solution for both active blemishes and their aftermath.

  Cons

  I wish it came in a larger size. It would be great if they offered refills or a bigger bottle so I could use it continuously without worry. I'd also love to see more frequent sales on this product.

  1. When I first used it, it helped reduce my back acne and overall blemishes, making my skin softer, which I really liked. 2. I was worried about dryness due to the exfoliating ingredients, but surprisingly, it wasn't drying at all. Instead, it left my skin feeling hydrated. 3. The scent is uniquely pleasant. It has a cool, minty fragrance.

  Cons

  I finished the whole bottle, but unfortunately, as I continued using it, my back acne started to reappear. Although it contains exfoliating ingredients, I think this might be because it's a slightly acidic product. With the weather getting warmer and oil production likely to increase, I'm planning to switch to a mildly alkaline cleanser.

  This product was excellent for soothing blemishes. Most of the small blemishes on my back and chest calmed down, and I noticed a gradual improvement in larger blemishes when used in combination with spot treatments like ointments. Unlike some tea tree-containing products that can have a strong scent, this one had a pleasant, subtle mint fragrance that wasn't overpowering at all, making it comfortable to use. When used with a shower puff, it lathers well, and compared to other acne-fighting body washes, it's relatively inexpensive for the amount you get, making it a great product overall.

  Cons

  Since it contains multiple exfoliating ingredients including salicylic acid, some people might experience irritation depending on their skin sensitivity. In my case, I didn't experience any particular irritation after use.

  Pros

  This is my second repurchase of the product I settled on after struggling with back acne. Since using this body wash, my back blemishes have noticeably decreased. Being slightly acidic, it feels less drying than the ones sold at supermarkets!

  Cons

  However, even though it's less drying than supermarket body washes, it's not completely non-drying. In this dry weather, if you get lazy and don't apply moisturizer properly, you might notice small, millet-like blemishes appearing on your back.

  Tip

  If you're dealing with back acne, using this along with a body mist specifically for blemishes can yield even better results!

  I bought this to help with my back acne! With salicylic acid in it, I think it'll be even more effective. It lathers up well, just like a regular body wash! The fresh, invigorating scent makes it a pleasure to use every time.

  Cons

  The price is a bit steep, so I hesitate to buy it unless it's on sale...

  I've been using Dr. Rofen Acne Body Wash, but I decided to try Illiyoon's new blemish body wash, and I think it's even better. It has a herbal tea tree scent, produces rich lather, and gives a slight cooling effect when applied to the skin. It cleanses well, rinses off cleanly without any slippery residue, making it great for oily skin. My body is as sensitive as my face, so I can't use just anything, but this has significantly reduced my body acne and back acne. It's not drying even with daily use, and in summer, it's sufficient on its own without needing a body emulsion.

  Cons

  I'm currently on my second bottle and haven't found any major drawbacks yet.

  Tip

  There's also a body mist in the same line, and using them together seems to provide better hydration and enhanced effects.

  1. Rich lather and excellent cleansing effectiveness! Even with a small amount, it produces abundant foam and cleanses thoroughly without leaving any residue. I have severe back acne, and with consistent use, it seems to be great for soothing blemishes. 2. Other benefits I love the natural herbal scent and the convenient pump bottle design.

  There's nothing particularly disappointing, but it would be great if it came in a larger size too!

  Tip

  Using it with a body brush works even better for managing dead skin cells on your back. In winter, it might be a bit drying, so make sure to follow up with a good moisturizer after use!
