The powder granules are large, so it feels like chewing on sugar...?

However, I didn't really notice any effects. I didn't feel much of a change.

While it could be a placebo effect, I felt like the product had a whitening effect on my complexion. This may be due to the lemon flavor.
Additionally, as it is a zero-sugar product, I think it would be attractive to those who are calorie-conscious.
The product also contains various ingredients including probiotics, which seems beneficial.

The Efficacy of Glutathione: Antioxidant and Whitening

I have personally received around 10 glutathione injections, which are commonly known as 'white injections', and the effects were clearly evident. However, the process of making appointments, waiting in line, and going through all that hassle was extremely inconvenient, so I started taking oral supplements instead. I had tried other products before this one.

While it is true that oral glutathione has limited absorption, I don't believe it is completely ineffective. I didn't find it inconvenient to take, and the best part was that it dissolved quickly without the typical powdery aftertaste. Additionally, the taste was less unpleasant compared to other products, which was a plus. The benefits of glutathione are more noticeable when you stop taking it.
