This could be a useful option for diabetics who need blood sugar control or people on diets. However, excessive consumption of sugar substitutes can affect the digestive system, so it's important to moderate intake. Pregnant women, nursing mothers, and children under 10 may be more sensitive to sugar substitutes, so those with sensitivities to these ingredients should consider this before purchasing. Advantages - Can be consumed without water - Sugar-free probiotics can be taken even after brushing teeth! - Can be taken alongside other probiotics without issues - Individually packaged, convenient to carry in a bag - Sugar-free product, good option for dieters and diabetics Disadvantages - As it's an oral probiotic, it has a mint base flavor. You can chew it or take it with water. When chewed, it tastes mostly like green grape ade with a subtle hint of mint. So it's fine to take even after brushing your teeth. If that waste had been in my system for too long... If it's very hard, it might come out eventually, but I can't guarantee the condition of my rear end... There could be some bleeding... Drink plenty of water while taking it, and you'll be able to go to the bathroom comfortably.
