I always get pimples whenever I apply base products, as I have a very sensitive and delicate skin like a puffer fish 😭 The Hwahae cushion is a product I'm extremely satisfied with, to the point that I repurchased it even after using the refill. ✅ The skin feels comfortable Whenever I apply cushions or foundations, my skin usually feels stuffy and itchy, but this cushion doesn't cause any of that discomfort. ✅ Good adherence Even after the oil comes up over time after applying the cushion, the makeup doesn't easily break down and stays well on the skin. ✅ The color is beautiful The color doesn't have an overly yellow tone and looks pretty! Pros
I used to constantly change and try different cushions without being able to settle on one, but after using this cushion, I finally found the one!! Even though I prepared my skin well, it would still look cakey and dry, but this cushion gives a beautiful, dewy glow without making my skin look too oily, even when I just lightly apply it!! - Great for light application and recommended for dry skin!
Cons
The coverage may not be perfect, but it does a good job of concealing minor blemishes or redness. I recommend using it with a concealer! I suggest not overdoing the base makeup. While I am quite sensitive to darkening, there is really no darkening. The coverage is able to cover most redness. It seems better to use it in the fall or spring rather than winter. The adhesion is also quite good. I would recommend this to those who like a radiant look (shade 23) or those who prefer a more natural look (shade 22).
Cons
That degree of bright and deep acne scarring is almost like #23, but if you just do your basic skincare a little more dryly, it ends up emphasizing the flaky skin and causing a ruckus. I am a high school student with combination and sensitive skin.
