I recently repurchased the refill set at a bargain and gave it a try after a long time. Here's a quick review: - A versatile hydrating serum that's great for everyday use - Perfect for adding a light layer of hydration - Its fragrance-free and mild formula makes it suitable for everyone It's truly a versatile hydrating serum that you can use without much fuss! It provides a light layer of hydration and feels incredibly lightweight and fresh, making it perfect for combination and oily skin types. For those with dry skin, I recommend layering it for better results. < Hydration comparison with Olive Young's hydrating serums > Wellage Hyalu < Bring Green Bamboo < Torriden Dive-In = Numbuzin No.1 In terms of hydration, Torriden Dive-In and Numbuzin No.1 serums were definitely superior! Their formulas provide more moisture, which is great. If you prefer a serum that really saturates your skin, go for Torriden. If you want to manage acne while hydrating, Numbuzin No.1 is the way to go! That's not to say Bring Green and Wellage lack hydration - not at all! Both provide good moisture, but they have lighter formulas. Personally, I felt Torriden and Numbuzin offered more hydration. This Bring Green hydrating serum is especially great for those with extremely dry skin. Use it as a first layer to combat deep dryness before applying your regular hydrating serum. Remember, it's best to build your skincare routine from light to heavy textures for optimal results. This serum works well as a sort of 'skin booster' base layer. I have a hydrating serum that I absolutely love, but I apply this one first as a base layer. Given its affordable price, I highly recommend giving it a try. Bring Green often has sales with significant discounts, so keep an eye out and stock up during those times!
ConsWhen you first open it, there's a slight alcohol-like scent, which is a bit disappointing. However, after about a week, it becomes completely odorless, so it doesn't affect the usage at all!

Then, I applied it every other day for two weeks, maintaining my usual skincare routine, to see if it had any effects! Quantity: First off, there's more product than I expected! Even though I tend to use serums quite generously, I still have plenty left. As someone who received the refill set, I can tell this will last a long time! Scent: There is a scent! It's similar to the smell of alcohol disinfectant, though I'm not sure if it's supposed to be bamboo. However, it's not overpowering or harsh. I'm quite sensitive to fragrances and prefer unscented products, but I found this refreshing and not unpleasant! Sensitivity: My skin is quite sensitive, but this product caused very little irritation for me! However, individual reactions may vary, so I recommend patch testing. Thoughtful Design: As you can see in the attached photo, the dropper tip is slightly bent. I absolutely love this feature! With other ampoules or serums, I often had issues with product dripping due to straight droppers. This design prevents that almost entirely! It also makes it easier to apply the product precisely where I want it. I think this shows Bring Green's attention to detail. Effectiveness: I definitely felt my skin become more plump and deeply hydrated! Honestly, I didn't have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised! Even now, as I'm touching my skin, I can feel that it's more hydrated and firmer than before.
ConsScent: While the scent wasn't a big issue for me, I recommend those with sensitivities to definitely test it before purchasing. It really does smell like alcohol disinfectant! Effectiveness: The effects don't appear dramatically after just one day - you need to apply it consistently! Unlike some blemish serums, you won't see noticeable changes overnight. Please keep this in mind!
TipOverall Rating Scent: 3/5 Quantity: 5/5 Sensitivity: 4/5 Thoughtful Design: 5/5 Effectiveness: 3/5 • Consistent application is necessary for results, and there is a noticeable scent. However, even with my sensitive skin, it was fine, and the generous amount means you can use it regularly without worry. • The thoughtful design is evident in the dropper, which draws up serum to the very tip, making it essential to control the amount used. ++ After absorption, the skin feels slightly dry, so it might be best to use with a hydrating moisturizer!

Cons- Due to its consistency, I'm not a fan of the unique slippery feeling - After layering 2-3 times, my skin surface became extremely slick, as if I'd applied oil. It was quite surprising - There's a faint medicinal or ointment-like scent - The rubber part of the dropper handle is quite stiff, so it requires more effort to use compared to other products
TipI mix it with water in my modeling mask. It provides even better hydration this way.
