The essence was so plentiful that after fitting it snugly on my face, I could even spread the excess on my neck and arms while waiting for 10-20 minutes. The sleeping mask has a consistency between a gel and an ointment. It's labeled as 2g/0.07oz, which seemed like a bit more than needed for a single application after using the sheet mask. It truly lives up to its 'glass of water' hydration claim with its generous amount of product. While it's supposed to adhere seamlessly, the mask size isn't particularly large, so depending on your face shape, you might experience some gaps. For me, the eye and mouth cutouts didn't quite fit, so I had to adjust the position carefully around the chin and forehead. Despite the description claiming it's not sticky, after using both the sheet mask and sleeping mask, your skin might feel a bit too tacky to lie down immediately. Be mindful of this. Personally, depending on my skin condition, I had to wait at least an hour before I felt comfortable enough to lie down. While sheet masks can be used for quick hydration boosts, unless you have extremely dry skin, I'd recommend this more for nighttime care rather than morning routines.
