There weren't really any downsides! I wrote it because I'm an EXO-L and because of Doh Kyungsoo, but now I just buy it.

My dry skin became moisturized after using Hwahae. 
The Hwahae product adheres well and does not fall off even when I move around.

When the leading pad brand Hwahae released their new product, I immediately purchased it! The pads are not irritating and are gentle, so they are better for keeping on the skin rather than wiping.

The texture was slightly slippery but not unpleasantly so, and there were no notable downsides - I was quite satisfied.

Smooth and moisturizing, can be used morning and evening regardless of season, absorbs quickly

Applying it as a pack and leaving it on both sides for about 10-15 minutes seems to have a calming effect.

I'm really sensitive, so when I first used it, it was a bit irritating and there were some bumps on my cheeks that turned red. But after using it for about 3 more days, it got better.

After using it, the tiny granules seemed to have been absorbed!! It also seems to have provided good moisture replenishment.

Gently attach it with soft cotton, then wipe it down with wavy cotton - it seems to get organized nicely and it's just so good!

The toner pads are like nomadic tribes, as I've tried using them in various ways, and I immediately felt the most moisturizing effect!! 
When I just applied it to my cheeks and then peeled it off, the difference in moisturization between the applied and non-applied areas was quite noticeable, making my skin feel so supple!!!
The cooling sensation is also quite substantial, so it's just perfect to apply on both cheeks and then blow-dry my hair.
The pads are quite large in a square size, and one is enough to cover an entire cheek (it was able to reach all the way down to just below my eyes - for an average face size).

Cut in half and apply to the entire face.
It's good to attach it to the back and wipe it off before makeup.

The pad is made of a cotton-like material and is easily torn, so it's not great.

I'm not sure what the meaning is behind having one flat side and one side with a wavy knit pattern.
Due to the slippery essence or the pad material, it was inconvenient when wiping as it kept slipping out of my hand. I think it would be more suitable for spot treatments rather than as a cleansing pad, so the pads being a bit thinner would have been fine.
The one-touch refill cap had a gap between the main case and the refill case, so even a slight tilt would cause the essence to easily leak out, which was inconvenient.

The square shape was great as it covered a wide area on the face when applied. It also stayed on well when I usually use it while drying my hair. 
The slippery feel from the hyaluronic acid was not sticky at all, just adding the right amount of moisture, so it was good to use before makeup.
Although the material looked a bit rough, there was no irritation when actually using it.
The pointed and long tweezers made it easy to grab each pad individually.
