  Pros

  It was incredibly hydrating and since it's a water-based formula, it naturally applied smoothly. The absorption was remarkably quick. When I use this after washing my face in the evening, my skin feels moisturized and seems to become noticeably more elastic.

  Cons

  I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if this is how it's supposed to be, but every time I use it, only a small amount comes out. Then, if I try to squeeze out more, suddenly too much comes out. It's really challenging to control the amount - it's quite frustrating!

  I found this toner excellent for exfoliating dead skin cells. It has a great finish and I'd recommend this Shine Muscat toner for oily skin types! I felt it smoothly cared for my shiny skin and I loved how hydrating it was.

  Cons

  The toner's opening is so inconvenient. I wish it had a spray nozzle instead of just pouring out. It's a bit disappointing how it flows out uncontrollably.

  Tip

  For effective dead skin cell removal, apply an appropriate amount to a cotton pad and leave it on your face for about 5 minutes!

  Pros

  The top-rated BHA starter product... There's a reason it's so highly recommended. It's effective at tackling dead skin cells while still being moisturizing and absorbs well... Some people mentioned disliking the scent, but I found it surprisingly tolerable and quite usable.

  Cons

  Any downsides...? I wish it came in a larger size. That's really the only thing.

  Pros

  The BHA ingredient effectively managed the oily shine on my skin. There was a great synergy between BHA and PHA for tackling stubborn dead skin cells on oily skin. With hyaluronic acid, betaine, and white birch bark extract, it provided excellent hydration. It cleaned up my skin texture, helping the absorption of various moisturizing ingredients. By exfoliating and replenishing moisture, it created a smooth skin texture. The product absorbed into my skin gently without any stickiness, leaving my complexion refined and even.

  Cons

  I didn't find any particular drawbacks while using this product.

  Tip

  For an all-day hydrated and glowing complexion, try this tip: Soak a cotton pad generously with the toner and leave it on your skin for about 20 minutes as a mini mask.

  - As an exfoliating toner, it's more like an absorbing toner (essence: no, watery toner: yes). Compared to other exfoliating toners that can feel a bit dry and rough, making it hard to wipe gently without tugging the skin, this one is much better. It applies more smoothly and shows better results. (I used it with 2 layers of a 5-layer cotton pad) - Fragrance: It has a nice shine muscat scent, which I found pleasant, but it might be a bit strong for those with sensitive noses. Don't worry though, it dissipates quickly. - More for sebum control than exfoliation: Generally, dead skin cells settle down with good moisturizing unless it's time for regular exfoliation. This toner is great for daily use to control sebum before it forms those pesky little bumps. >>> Overall, it's a nicely moisturizing toner with almost no oiliness and a pleasant texture <<<

  Cons

  When I tried using it for about 5 minutes on slightly raised dead skin cells outside my regular exfoliation routine, it didn't show much effect. It's better suited for daily use rather than as an intensive treatment. It's best not to expect dramatic results.

  This is my absolute staple!! I'm on my 4th purchase, always buying it along with the Pink Grapefruit version! It's a versatile toner that works well in every situation - as a refreshing chop toner, a hydrating pack toner, after a light cleanse, and as an exfoliating toner to remove impurities! It's a Hwahae favorite, of course. I have large, visible pores, but when I apply this before makeup, it helps minimize their appearance. I love the scent, and how it leaves my skin feeling moisturized without being greasy. I'm completely satisfied and would highly recommend it to anyone with similar skin concerns!

  Cons

  I wish it came in a larger size. The small volume is its only drawback.

  Tip

  It pairs wonderfully with Skinfood cotton pads! I use this product most often for the chop toner method.
