When applied, it's moisturizing, but once fully applied, it becomes powdery. It's not even a cushion, but they really made something so cool. I love you, Rillibare! I immediately bought 02 and 06 after swatching this. It's really great. You should buy this. The swatch is amazing, and the longevity is quite good. The scent is also nice!

Pros
I've been using it for the second time. I really recommend it to Gyeokul. The color is true to the first application, and it becomes a bit more vivid if applied twice. Compared to the formula, it doesn't emphasize flaky skin as much and it starts off moisturized and then becomes nicely powdery, which I like.
Cons
When saliva mixes, a yogurt-like phenomenon occurs, so caution is advised.
Tip
Apply the Triple C Double Wind and then apply it on top - it looks beautiful.

The pigmentation is also quite decent, and the application is really amazing! It looks powdery on the outside but is moisturizing on the inside, so I've used all 4 of these tints.
Cons
My skin has excessive flaking and dryness. It also applies too thinly, so I have to reapply it multiple times, and I end up using it all up quickly.

Pros
The color payoff is really smooth and soft. When applied and patted, it finishes incredibly soft and fluffy, yet it's not drying - it's moisturizing and fluffy, which I love. The longevity is not bad. It wears off when I eat, but the color doesn't fade away during regular daily activities. I purchased the gift set, and I've been using the lip liner that came with it as well. I carried it around too much, though, and ended up losing it. Haha. I'll buy it again during the Olive Young sale, as the price is great. Oh, and the scent is absolutely amazing. It has a slight sweet aroma, and I feel great every time I apply it. And the packaging is just so beautiful - it's the prettiest among the tints I've bought.

I bought it based on recommendations from those around me, even though it's a bit dark. It's a perfect cool tone color and has a fluffy, soft finish, which I really like.

This is a great color for frequent reapplication There were a lot of cool bright shades in the winter, but this one is great to carry around and apply without worrying about the amount. As a makeup enthusiast, I like to try different products, and this one is always in my bag and I use it regularly. It starts off with a moisturized feeling and finishes with a powdery, hydrated look. The photo may look a bit warm, but it's actually very cool in reality. It's especially a great color for winter cool-toned skin! For summer cool-tones, I'd recommend using it as a spot highlight on the inner corners.

This is a truly amazing and highly recommended product!! I think they really nailed the color this time! It starts off feeling moisturizing and then dries down to a lovely soft finish! I'm absolutely obsessed with it🫶 I'm on my third tube now..I love Rilbare so much..the color is just the coolest, like a mix of peach and grape? Anyway, it's an unbelievably cool combination..starts off creamy, ends up feeling airy! If you blend it well, you'll look like a goddess that day!

You really have to blend it quickly..it doesn't work as well if you let too much time pass..and if you just pat it on, it can get a bit clumpy, so you have to blend it with your fingers, which is a bit of a hassle..and the amount is a little small..ㅎㅎ What do you think?

I use a slightly warmer tinted base, and then just slather this all over on top - it looks so pretty that way😍

It's really pore-refining and moisturizing, and after a few minutes it finishes with a soft, powdery texture without any visible flakiness. The texture is also very beautiful, and it has a pleasant fragrance that doesn't polarize opinions. It can be applied lightly without any aversion.
