This product is a love-hate item... If you have sensitive skin like me, you absolutely cannot use it. After applying it and leaving it for 1 minute, it became bright red, irritated, and was a complete mess. The areas where it flowed down are still bright red. My chest and back became the same - bright red and irritating. But the reason it's a love-hate item is that it really does help get rid of my Hwahae and blackheads. The effects are really good, but it's too irritating and painful, so I don't think I'll be repurchasing it. If you have sensitive skin, think carefully before purchasing it, and test it on an area like your arm first, like I did.

Personally, I recommend:

1. Set a schedule and use it regularly
(You know that nothing can be improved with just one use, right? To see the effects, you need to use it consistently. Set a schedule like Monday-Wednesday-Friday or Tuesday-Friday and you won't forget to use it regularly.)

2. Wear clean pajamas every day and sleep at a temperature that doesn't make you sweat

1. I really like it. Black heads are greatly reduced and blemish marks have visibly improved.

It can be a bit irritating, so it may not suit those with very sensitive skin... Plus, the scent is extremely pungent, so you'll definitely notice it right after applying.

It's as simple as spraying it on a minute before washing, then rinsing it off while doing other things! I'll probably buy it again once I finish this bottle.

As others have mentioned, you need to use it while holding your breath... Using too much spray also doesn't work well.

When applying it to your back, vigorously scrub with a body brush for a while. Start by brushing your teeth, and if you find the hard wooden brush too stimulating, there are also silicone products available. As someone with very problematic skin (cystic acne, hardened sebum, and even stubborn boils that don't come to a head), I initially used the firm brush. I would scrub, then rinse my hair, and after some time, apply the Medicube body wash while washing. I was told it's fine to mix and use them together.
Although the ratings are low, I've seen great results. I barely get breakouts on my face anymore, but the back acne used to really stress me out, and there are still many scars left. But now, only about 1 out of 10 new blemishes appear, which is a huge improvement. I'm writing this with a grateful heart.

I kept debating whether I was just falling for the advertising, but I'm really glad I tried it. I'm not sure if the scars are going away yet, but at least the existing breakouts are calming down a lot faster, and it's not continuing to flare up, which is such a relief. I wish I had tried this sooner.
