This shade might appear more vibrant on those with fair complexions. The shimmer particles aren't round, but rather finely crushed, almost square-like. This results in a subtle, not overpowering shimmer effect. The actual color is drastically different from what's shown on the Olive Young website. I expected a muted pink, but it's more of a light pink with a slight neon undertone. The shimmer doesn't blend well with the base color, so when applied with a brush, it scatters everywhere. Using fingers doesn't improve the application much either. I strongly feel they should have made this without any shimmer if this was the result.
