This eyeliner is an essential item for someone like me who has monolid eyes.
It doesn't smudge easily, and when removed with a remover, it comes off cleanly.

I always buy eyeliners that claim they won't dry out, but this one dries up even if the cap is open for just 10 seconds, making it hard to use. I have to keep shaking it after every 10 seconds of use. It really fell short of my expectations...
