With only 0.03% retinal, I can't really feel much of an effect from the vitamin A.

It's great that it contains various beneficial ingredients like panthenol, niacinamide, and retinal.

For those with combination dehydrated skin or super sensitive skin, be sure to layer this product with a hydration-rich moisturizer to prevent deep dryness and maintain your skin's oil and moisture balance.

Being a functional product, it has almost no moisturizing ability. After applying and letting it absorb, a hydrating cream is essential. If you forget to apply one, your skin feels extremely dry.

As my introduction to retinol products, I could clearly feel the difference between when I used it and when I didn't.

It's adequately moisturizing with a nourishing feel, yet not overly heavy. You might still need to follow up with a moisturizer, though in summer, this could be enough to finish your routine!

If you already have great skin, don't expect miraculous results! I don't have much hyperpigmentation, just some pore concerns. If you're dealing with severe discoloration or extremely enlarged pores, you might see more noticeable effects. For me, it's more about maintaining my current skin condition.

There's a faint medicinal scent, but it's not unpleasant. Even those with sensitive noses should find it tolerable.

4. Packaging
For functional products like this, a tube is definitely preferable to a dropper or jar. It's easy to use and apply - a big plus!

I'd recommend this as a budget-friendly cream for those wanting to try retinal in a cream form. It works hard without breaking the bank!

I'm using this with niacinamide from Dermafactory. Using them together in the evening gives amazing results - I highly recommend trying both! The price is so reasonable that buying both is still cheaper than a whole chicken. It's very affordable. I use it in this order: toner > niacinamide > retinal + my usual moisturizer. Even those with super sensitive skin can use it comfortably every evening! Make sure to go through an adjustment period with the retinal at first. Don't be too eager, or your skin might react badly. It's best to gradually increase the amount after the adjustment period.

The product size is on the smaller side. Using a small amount will make it last longer, but as you increase the amount after the adjustment period, it seems to run out quickly. Still, I'm satisfied considering the price. The yellow formula might leave slight marks on your pillow.

As someone with sensitive skin, I was a bit worried about trying retinal for the first time. Fortunately, it suits me really well, and I've been using it in the evenings without any blemishes. While it's not super hydrating on its own, using it with another moisturizer works perfectly. The price is incredibly reasonable for the ingredients, which makes me very happy! Now that I'm in my 30s, I'm concerned about pores, wrinkles, and firmness, so I decided to give this a try. After washing my face the next morning, my skin felt softer, and even after just one use, my pores seemed a bit tighter. I'm very satisfied! I plan to use the 300 strength to adjust, then move on to the 1000. I absolutely recommend it!

After watching YouTube reviews, I started by using a small amount every 2-3 days to help my skin adapt. It's crucial to layer a moisturizer on top after application, and sunscreen is an absolute must during the day! I'd recommend skipping it the night before shaving for best results.

Despite having super sensitive skin, it worked well for me without causing significant irritation.

As I have super sensitive skin, I mixed it with another cream from the start to avoid irritation. However, if you're new to retinol, please start with a lower concentration!

I ordered this solely for the retinol benefits, but I was pleasantly surprised by its moisturizing yet lightweight texture. It worked really well for me!

My skin is as sensitive and picky as I am, with clear likes and dislikes. It doesn't agree with squalane, gets irritated if tea tree is too strong, and reacts badly to extreme dryness or excess oil. While COSRX Cica Serum was too oily, I can apply two layers of Cicaplast Cream. Alkaline products cause inflammation after 2 days, and Real Barrier 100 gives me contact dermatitis after 3 days of use. However, this product has minimal ingredients, reducing potential irritants. It contains retinal, which is well-absorbed, making it effective. By alternating between this and Innisfree's retinol while monitoring my skin condition, I can achieve that smooth, 'peeled egg' complexion!
