  The scent is a pleasant rose fragrance, and the product has a subtle shimmer. After applying, it definitely gives your skin a glow that makes your complexion look better when you put on makeup. It creates an Inner Glow that seems to radiate from within. Rather than applying it all over the face, I find it works better when used on highlight areas or the T-zone. Another plus is that it has built-in sun protection! However, I found it a bit too shiny when applied all over, so I prefer using a separate sunscreen and then applying this product just to highlight areas.

  This product doesn't provide a noticeable brightening effect, so I wouldn't recommend it to those looking for a brightening moisturizer. Also, when applying with your hands, some shimmer remains on your fingers, which can transfer to other cosmetic containers, which is a bit inconvenient. If you use your hands to apply, it's best to wipe them with a tissue afterward, or you could try using a puff to blend it in.
