I use this every 3-4 months when my skin gets rough, especially during seasonal changes. As someone with super sensitive skin, I gently massage it for a short time to minimize irritation. After quickly washing it off, my skin feels noticeably softer and fresher. The green barley ingredient generally agrees with my skin, so I've been using it consistently for several years now.

The texture is more runny than a typical gel, it tends to drip a bit. There are already small granules inside that feel like clumps of dead skin cells, so those with super sensitive skin might want to patch test before using it regularly. I'm not sure if these granules are actually removing dead skin cells, but my skin does feel smoother after use, so I'm continuing to use it.
