So I decided to use it as an absorbing toner instead, and wow - it's incredibly moisturizing and gives a real sense of hydration boost! My dryness has improved tremendously. I have combination dehydrated skin, so I struggle with deep dryness and oiliness... It's a real problem if a product doesn't lock in moisture well! This product was great for addressing hydration, redness, and oiliness all at once, but the really disappointing thing is that even though it contains mugwort, I didn't feel any soothing effect... (It did calm down redness, but only that... I didn't feel any calming effect on pimples or acne at all. That's such a letdown! Maybe there's only a small amount of the ingredient...) Try keeping it in the fridge, then soak a cotton pad and apply it like a mask - it really helps with redness!
