1. Packaging
The packaging was really nice. 
They used paper instead of stickers, and it looked very neat.

2. Moisturizing
It's a shame I received it in the summer. If it had been in the winter, I could have tried it on my facial skin as well...ㅠ I applied it to my lips and nails before bed, and it was still moisturizing the next day.

3. Fragrance
The reviews mentioned that the fragrance is stronger than expected, and some people disliked it, but I personally enjoy this herbal scent. However, on tiring days, it can make me feel a bit nauseous.

The scent is quite strong, so it's a bit disappointing to use it as a lip balm. When I drink beverages after applying it, I can taste the fragrance.
It's hard to melt with body heat, and if you want to apply a generous amount, you have to scoop it out with your nails.
Since I rub it in with my hands, some dust tends to stick to it, which is a bit of a downside.

My skin type is combination, and if I don't apply enough moisturizer, it becomes an oil + dryness explosion. So I generously applied aloe vera gel first, and once it was absorbed, I applied this product liberally.

If you apply it before bed and rub it in the morning, the dead skin will peel off completely.

There's no breakout or anything after using it, but when I apply it, the area around my lips gets a bit irritated. My lips are fine, but the surrounding area feels a bit stinging and irritated. Of course, both my lips and the surrounding skin are perfectly fine, but sensitive people should be cautious.
