I make sure to take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, but just in case I forget, I keep a bottle at the office too. Since it's shelf-stable, it's easy to have it available in different places.

I have a really severe case of irritable bowel syndrome, so I've had both constipation and diarrhea - it's been a total mess. I've tried just about every probiotic out there. Fortunately, I found some relief with Drissimo, but it was too expensive to keep taking consistently.
At first, for about 2 weeks, I didn't really notice much of an effect. But around the 3-week mark, things started to improve significantly. 
Initially, I had more gas, but now the gas has decreased and my bowel movements are much more comfortable. Interestingly, the odor was worse at first, but now it's less smelly...!! 
I had to buy just one bottle at first since the effects needed to be seen, but the 6-month supply ended up being a more reasonable price, so I went with that.

I can eat it on an empty stomach without any burden or discomfort!
It contains folic acid, selenium, and vitamin D for immune function, so I was very happy that I could take care of my immunity with just one Purehaeb capsule a day.
The best part was that the probiotics have been proven safe through human clinical trials and have 10 billion CFU, so I could trust and enjoy taking them!!
