- The portability is extremely poor: It's not practical to carry a small portion separately, and there's a high risk of breakage if you carry the full product. It seems the only option is to keep it on your vanity for use.

- The product design evokes nostalgic memories: Given that pearl powders are typically fragile and technology has advanced significantly, this type of product is quite rare nowadays. It seems they've capitalized on this aspect for the release. It's absolutely stunning!

- The shimmer effect is a work of art: Using a flat point brush, the pearlescent beads in various colors create a truly beautiful shimmer effect.

The disappointing aspects are its functionality as a highlighter and its performance as a powder.

For someone like me with oily skin that gets sweaty in hot weather, its powder function falls short. Even if it did control oil exceptionally well, it's difficult to adjust the beam intensity.

It's best used sparingly as a final touch in your makeup routine.
However, the reason I gave it many stars is that while Guerlain released a similar product before, I want to show support for creating something fun and enjoyable in cosmetics. I hope next time they can improve on the functional aspects and create a quality product that everyone would unanimously give a thumbs up to.

* First off, it's oddly satisfying to roll the small pearl balls with the brush, like playing with a toy.

1. Gleamy Veil = It gives off a blue-tinted, lavender-hued beam. The blue tint doesn't look too cyberpunk-ish.

They do include a brush, but the bristles aren't ideal for achieving the best application.

It's an adorable pearl powder, and I hope they continue to create more fun products like this in the future!
