However, when I wake up the next morning, I can see that my skin has calmed down significantly. I'll likely continue using it, but I think I'll pair it with a hydrating serum rather than using it alone.
ConsThe rich texture is quite disappointing. It also falls short in providing enough hydration. The oily finish feels like a drawback. Also, I think it's due to the fragrance listed in the caution ingredients... hmm, I wish they'd remove the fragrance! It's really unfortunate that both this and the Vodel Shot contain all these ingredients that require caution..

I replaced my usual cream with this product in my morning skincare routine. 1. Packaging: Convenient tube with a cap, easy to use and minimizes product contamination. 2. Seal: Thoroughly sealed with a 'freshness seal' to prevent product deterioration. 3. Texture: Spreads smoothly and finishes with a rich feel. As someone with dry skin, I could tell it prevented excessive moisture loss. 4. Irritation: No tingling, itching, burning sensation, or blemishes, allowing for worry-free use. 5. Effectiveness: - The second photo shows measurements of just the right cheekbone area. As you can see, there's a significant change in skin condition between day 1 and day 7 of use. - Recently, as the weather got warmer, I noticed a bit of oil on the tip of my nose. However, on the 7th day of using this product, my oil and moisture balance was so well-maintained that my makeup on the nose tip didn't break down even after work.
Cons1. Given its rich finish, I think this product has a higher oil content than moisture. As a result, if you don't sufficiently hydrate in the previous skincare steps, you might experience deep dryness in the cheekbone area. 2. I think those with oily skin might find it a bit heavy for summer use! As someone with dry skin, I'm not entirely sure, but even on makeup-free evenings, when I touched my cheeks, I could still feel that rich texture on my fingertips, though not as intensely as right after application. 3. Scent: It has a grassy smell. While I didn't mind it after the initial use, those sensitive to fragrances might not enjoy it with each application.
Tip- For dry skin: Load up on hydration in the previous steps before using this cream. - For oily skin: Squeeze out a pea-sized amount onto your palm, rub your hands together to spread it, then gently press it onto your face. (This is my method for applying rich creams in the dead of winter, but please note this isn't a strict 'must-do' instruction.)
