The biggest difference is that even though it's the 700, it feels gentler and less irritating. It doesn't cause any blemishes, and the scent isn't overwhelming. The finish feels more hydrating, so even though I have both products, I find myself reaching for the Cell In Shot more often.
ConsIt's difficult to use this product alone. For a perfect balance, you need to use a toner first, then use this product as a booster, followed by another serum, and finish with a cream or emulsion.
TipI've been using it more in the evening than in the morning. Given its high niacinamide content, it seems to be effective for brightening. When used together with a brightening serum, I've noticed my complexion has become noticeably clearer.

Despite its higher concentration, it causes less tingling than the 300, and feels similar to the 100. Compared to Retinol Shot, this feels more hydrating. I didn't experience any blemishes or issues after use. For those with oily skin, especially in summer, I'd recommend following this with your usual lightweight products rather than heavy, nourishing ones you don't typically use. When I got greedy and layered on products I don't usually use, I didn't notice much effect. But when I applied this and then used my everyday emulsion before bed, my skin felt incredibly smooth the next morning.
ConsBeing a 700 strength, I was concerned it might be more irritating to the skin. The day after use, I experienced some skin itchiness (though no blemishes appeared).
TipWhen used alongside retinol, the combination seemed too intense, causing my skin to itch the following day.

I applied it as the very first step after cleansing my face. Since it's a once-a-week product, I've only used it once so far. Jumping straight to the 700 strength without trying lower levels, I was a bit startled by the initial tingling sensation! Although it tingled, I was relieved that it didn't cause any blemishes. While I'm not expecting dramatic changes from just one use, I'm hopeful that consistent use will bring about positive results.
ConsFor those with super sensitive skin, it might be better to start with lower strengths instead of the 700. I've read reviews saying that the Botox Shot causes more tingling and redness compared to the lower-strength Real Shot.
TipAfter using the Botox Shot, I followed up with the Medicube Pro moisturizer for hydration. Use 1-2 pumps, and remember, moderation is key with any product!

I'm grateful for the opportunity to use it this time. I definitely felt a tingling sensation right after applying it. It's noticeably different from the 300. I wouldn't recommend starting with the 700 straight away - it's crucial to adapt with a milder version first. No skin blemishes occurred. The day after first use, I could clearly see that my skin texture was refined, making my makeup look radiant and well-applied. With consistent use, I think it'll show faster results than the 300 for my large pores and skin elasticity issues! It absorbs well into the skin. It has a subtle, pleasant scent. The compact case makes it easy to carry around without being cumbersome.
ConsThe price is the main drawback, but that seems unavoidable. Other products also get more expensive as the concentration increases. However, the important thing is that it's worth the price. If you have dry skin, you really need to focus on skin regeneration and hydration.
TipBefore using this product, avoid exfoliation and skin treatments. Don't be overeager - start with the 100 concentration to let your skin adapt, then gradually increase the concentration while following the recommended usage cycle. When applying to the skin, pat it in until it's absorbed rather than rubbing. I keep patting it in, even when applying the next skincare step. Endure the tingling sensation. For enhanced results, a regenerating cream is absolutely essential. Bepanthen is also good. Lastly, from my experience, I think those with oily skin will see the most significant benefits.
