I've been using it consistently throughout the trial period, and while I can't say my pores have shrunk in just a week, it's incredibly hydrating. For combination to oily skin types like mine, this alone provides enough moisture, especially in the hot summer. The texture is similar to other ampoules, and it definitely succeeds in delivering hydration. There's not much to complain about. It didn't cause any blemishes, which is great. For oily-combination skin like mine, it's sufficient on its own in summer, but you might need to layer it with other products in spring, fall, and winter - though that's expected for an ampoule. The only slight drawback might be the price, which is a bit on the higher side. My T-zone pores are quite large, so I was looking for a pore-tightening serum when this great opportunity came up! Firstly, as you can see, the texture is runny like nasal mucus, but it's gentle enough for sensitive skin like mine, so I could use it comfortably! The scent is likely to be universally appealing, and surprisingly, it provides good hydration, leaving the skin feeling moisturized! With consistent use, you might see your pores tighten, but during my trial period with The Hwahae Testers, I didn't notice any significant visible effects yet. I plan to keep using it regularly! Given the price point, it might require some serious consideration before purchasing.

The mother-of-pearl shimmering letters and the five-peak mountain image gave it a luxurious, export-quality cosmetics vibe. However, when I opened the box and saw the product itself, I wasn't as impressed. While the bottle has an elegant design, the color didn't quite meet my expectations. In hindsight, I realize I might have automatically assumed it would be purple because 'violet' is in the product name. Although it contains fragrance, it's only noticeable during application and doesn't linger, which is nice. I was pleased with how smoothly it absorbs into the skin. I've always been conscious of my enlarged pores around my nose area, so I'm naturally drawn to pore-related products. I was excited to try this one as it seemed to focus on pore care. The formula is a translucent serum with a subtle, refreshing scent that quickly dissipates, making it almost fragrance-free. It has a balanced texture - neither too light nor too heavy - with a slight slip when applied, which I think would be perfect for use with skincare devices. While it doesn't absorb instantly, it sinks in faster than expected. The hydration is decent, but even in summer, with air conditioning, I find I need to follow up with a cream. However, if you have oily skin, this might be sufficient on its own during warmer months. As for its effect on pores, it's hard to tell after just 1-2 weeks of use. I think I've noticed some improvement, but I'll need to keep using it to be sure. Looking at it now, the price is a bit steep. Since it's not a well-known brand, some might hesitate to try it. From the packaging, it's absolutely gorgeous - like a perfume bottle or diffuser. As someone with combination skin, I was worried it might be too heavy for summer, but once it absorbs, my skin feels so firm and bouncy. It's like there's an invisible film on my skin, leaving it taut without any oiliness. I think that's why it seems to have both pore-minimizing and lifting effects. While I'll need to use it longer to be sure, it seems to be effective for pores. Even in this heat, I'm noticing less sebum production compared to my usual products, which suggests it's working on my pores. I'll definitely repurchase this. It's been a while since I've found an ampoule I like this much - I can't praise it enough! It does seem to cause some pilling with makeup, so it might be best to use only at night. But I like it so much that I'm continuing to use it despite the pilling!

I was quite puzzled by the presence of the Five Peaks of Mount Geumgang design, but then I realized it's probably because the main ingredients have 'royal' in their names. It just adds to that luxurious feel! The dropper part has a terracotta vibe which is also beautiful. When you think of pores, it might seem like a teenage concern, but surprisingly, I find pores become more of an issue as I age. As skin sags, pores expand too. I'd advise taking care of your pores from a young age. Moving on, it claims to tighten pores while also brightening and improving wrinkles. I've used it for less than ten days, so I can't really speak to the brightening and anti-aging effects, but regarding pores - how should I put it? While it's hard to see a difference with the naked eye, when I touch my skin, that bumpy texture seems reduced and my makeup applies better. Overall, I feel like my skin is gradually becoming more firm, which has improved my impression of the brand! Oh, and the hydration level is decent, leaving my skin feeling moisturized. It's a bit overwhelming that it claims to manage pores, brighten skin, and improve wrinkles - that's a lot of functions. It might be better if it focused on one main benefit with just added hydration. While it's not very oily, it's not particularly hydrating either. As someone in their late 30s with combination skin that leans towards oily, I've been using various functional products to address my pore concerns, especially around the nose and T-zone. This serum is just perfectly balanced - fragrance-free and lightweight. While I diligently tested this product as part of The Hwahae Testers program, I probably won't purchase it again. I feel like most vitamin serums out there are actually better. Apart from being 'okay', I really didn't notice any effect on my pores at all.
