I had never used Spicule before, but I bought it after seeing ads on social media. It stings more than expected, and using the minimizer makes it even more tingly, but the next day, my skin is less oily. Usually, my face is drenched in oil by the time I leave work, but after using this, the next day my skin has just the right amount of healthy shine. I use it about once every three days. While I can't say I've noticed the detailed changes in pores or fine lines like in the ads, overall my skin texture seems to have improved. Interestingly, others have commented that my skin looks better, even though I can't really tell myself. The ingredients aren't bad either, so I'm fairly satisfied.
ConsIf you have dry or sensitive skin, absolutely avoid this. It can be quite irritating. If you have blemishes or acne, using the device on those areas is unbearably painful. Those with a lot of skin issues should steer clear. However, if you don't have many blemishes but are concerned about pores, it might be worth trying.
TipAfter applying my usual skincare products, I squeezed out small amounts of this serum and gently rolled it on using the minimizer's blue light (EMS mode). Then, I applied a soothing ampoule or nourishing emulsion on top, and lightly went over it again with the orange light (absorption mode). This seems to enhance the effectiveness of the ampoule compared to just applying it by hand.

My pores aren't particularly large, but they were starting to elongate. Since using this, they've stopped getting longer and are maintaining their size, though they haven't shrunk. When my boyfriend with oily skin and large pores used it once, while his pores didn't visibly shrink, his skin texture became smoother and more supple.
ConsApplying it directly with hands stings too much. It's only comfortable when absorbed using the device. Since my pores aren't very large, I haven't noticed significant effects yet. My boyfriend with oily skin looks great the next day, but on my dry skin, it makes makeup look patchy (probably due to the micro-needles highlighting dead skin cells). Given that it's inherently irritating, I'm using it once every 3 days.
TipUsing the EMS mode with the spicule serum is really painful. Instead, try using the EMS mode with a different hydrating ampoule and use the spicule serum with the booster mode. For dry skin, apply lots of hydrating ampoule before the spicule serum. If you use a mask after the spicule serum, it helps reduce dryness and flaking the next day.
