The fragrance-free formula is great. It's the perfect choice for those times when you're too lazy to apply ampoule, toner, and cream after showering post-workout.
ConsThe downside is that it can make your skin oily. While there's no deep dryness, it feels a bit too rich compared to how hydrating it is.

I was satisfied with how moisturizing it felt when applying! Scent: Orange-like? There's a light, refreshing scent that seems to be orange-like! It's not overpowering like perfume, but a subtle, fleeting fragrance that made for a pleasant experience. Irritation: Gentle, with no irritation or blemishes while using! Hydration: Just right - neither too heavy nor too light As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I'm satisfied using this even in summer. It provides enough hydration without feeling stifling.
ConsWhile there's a slight oily residue at first, it absorbs quickly, reducing the rich feel and leaving almost no stickiness. It feels like a moisturizer that caters to men who dislike sticky finishes, which I appreciate.
TipSince it's difficult to use right away, it's best to squeeze out about a 500 won coin-sized amount onto the back of your hand, then divide and apply it to your cheeks and forehead!

The product comes in an FSC-certified box, and the container itself is made of easily recyclable plastic, showcasing an impressive environmentally-conscious approach. 2. Unlike pump-style containers, this product comes in a tube format, allowing you to squeeze out every last drop - a definite plus. 3. The container design is very simple and striking, in line with current trends. The material also has a pleasantly soft touch. Texture: Overall, I loved the slightly viscous, flesh-toned liquid with its inoffensive, subtle scent. 1. The viscosity is nearly perfect - it's easy to spread on the back of your hand without being too runny, and it absorbs well. 2. There's a subtle, hard-to-describe herbal scent that quickly dissipates after application. I assume it's from the natural extracts. As someone sensitive to fragrances, I find it pleasantly neutral. 3. The hydration seems excellent, and it appears to contain a bit of oil for richness. User Experience: I typically avoid all-in-one products targeted at men due to their clunky designs or typical 'masculine' scents, but I tried this through The Hwahae Testers. Contrary to my concerns, I was very pleased with both the user experience and aesthetics. I usually use toner, serum, and emulsion in my skincare routine. Initially, I applied too much and experienced some blemishes. However, after gradually reducing the amount to find the right balance, I had no issues. I think the excess moisture was problematic in the hot summer. Given its excellent hydration, I believe this versatile product can be used year-round when combined with other skincare products and applied in appropriate amounts. I was particularly satisfied with its whitening and anti-wrinkle certifications.
ConsWhile it's gentle enough not to irritate even broken skin, I found the product slightly oily. If you use too much, it can leave your face feeling a bit greasy, which was disappointing.

Something about the attractive packaging made me feel good about my body too! I was already a fan of the Cicaterol line's ampoule, so I trusted this product. It was my first time trying an all-in-one, and it exceeded my expectations. I was worried it might not address deep dryness, but surprisingly it provided a cooling effect while maintaining hydration. I'll definitely keep using it! I was amazed that it didn't cause any tingling sensation even after shaving.
ConsI used this in summer, and as I haven't tried many all-in-one products, I decided to give this a shot. After workouts, I only applied this, but it felt somewhat lacking on its own (the hydration wasn't quite enough). As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I could feel it adding moisture, but there was a slight oiliness that prevented that fresh, clean finish I was hoping for. This might be better suited for those with drier skin types.
TipRather than thinking of it as an all-in-one, consider it more like an emulsion. It might work well if paired with a hydrating ampoule in the evening to boost moisture levels. I'd recommend this product, especially if you're like me and want something convenient to bring to the gym without the hassle of multiple products!

A must-see for men who don't know what to put on their face after washing in the morning or find it bothersome to apply multiple products after showering at the gym! As a 25-year-old man who's dealt with severe acne since my teens, I've tried numerous skincare products including those with cica ingredients, hydrating formulas, and barrier creams. In my 20s, through military service and gym visits, I've tested most popular all-in-one products on the market. From Olive Young's private label items to well-known brands like Urohs and IOPE MEN, I've used at least 8 different all-in-one products. However, this is the first time I've found a product so effective at soothing the skin. It has a slightly ivory tint but doesn't leave a color on the skin - it's more like a moisturizing, fluid emulsion. It's not a thick cream, so it's non-sticky and absorbs well. The packaging is sleek, and I particularly appreciate that it boldly states 'Apply after shaving' in the product description - crucial information for men who shave almost daily. I use an electric shaver every morning, and dry shaving can cause minor blemishes on my chin. Applying this emulsion to my chin area calms it down quickly. If you want easy, lightweight skincare with minimal products, just buy this. Buy it twice! After finishing this product, I'm 100% planning to purchase at least one more, whether for travel, post-workout care, or morning after-shave treatment.
ConsThe scent might be a bit unique for some. I actually liked it as it has that typical cica skincare smell, but if you prefer masculine cool scents or unscented products, you might find it slightly off-putting. However, the scent doesn't linger - it disappears quickly once absorbed. It's also not completely lightweight, so it might not be suitable for those with very oily skin. It's perfect for those who've outgrown acne-prone skin but still want to care for blemishes without applying multiple products. It's ideal as a simple care product for mornings or after gym showers. Not recommended for teenagers or those in their early 20s who are prone to acne breakouts.
TipIt's perfect for morning skincare routines. After showering or washing your face and shaving in the morning, if you've used an alkaline cleanser, apply a bit of toner first. If you've used a slightly acidic cleanser, you can apply this product directly. Just put some on your hands and gently pat it onto your face - it absorbs well and feels light. Highly recommended!

It's been a while since I've used an all-in-one, but this has a fluid consistency, thinner than emulsions or creams. Like other creams in the Cicaterol line, it has a BB cream-like color. However, it becomes transparent upon application - no color left on the skin! It has a natural scent, with a slight herbal smell. The soothing effect seems adequate. It felt more calming than products without soothing properties. Recommended when used as an all-in-one! Not recommended to insert into your skincare routine as an emulsion or cream step.
ConsWhile it claims to improve sebum control, I couldn't really tell the difference. Though it's fluid, it's not oil-free. When I tried using it instead of my usual emulsion (after toner and serum), my skin became oily. It was a bit better when used alone as an all-in-one. As someone with oily skin, the oil-moisture balance doesn't suit me in summer. I plan to use it again during the change of seasons... sigh.

It's slightly lighter than a typical emulsion, making it comfortable to layer without feeling heavy. Since it contains cica ingredients, I apply it twice. As summer approached, I was worried about increased sebum production, but using this lightweight product with cica has noticeably sped up my skin's recovery process. Formulation: It has a very fluid emulsion-like texture. At first, I was surprised by its tinted appearance, but it applies transparently. Its non-sticky finish makes it perfect as a final step after cleansing. It's especially suitable for summer nights when heavy, sticky products can be uncomfortable. Scent: There's a subtle, fresh herbal fragrance. It has a clean feel that complements the product's image well.
ConsDrawback: As someone with combination skin that's always challenging to manage, I noticed that when layering this product before bed, my T-zone can get slightly shiny. However, given how I use the product, this doesn't really pose an issue for me.
TipUsage tip: The moisturizing formula blends well with Madecassol powder. Its quick absorption seems to help the powder penetrate deeper. It's also great for layering after cleansing at night, as it applies lightly without feeling heavy. I've tried using it in the morning too, but since my previous product had SPF, I now prefer using this in the evening to avoid the extra step of applying sunscreen for work.

This was my first time trying the B.plane Cica line, so I had high expectations! First off, it's incredibly convenient as an all-in-one product. I mainly used it on busy mornings when I needed to get ready quickly. I usually applied it after shaving with a pat-pat motion. Normally, I feel a bit of a sting when applying products post-shave, but this caused almost no irritation, which I really appreciated. The hydration was also sufficient - when I applied it in the morning, I didn't feel particularly dry even by nighttime.
ConsLess dryness could also mean it's on the oilier side... In the oily areas of my face, it felt a bit too slick. Being a Cica line, I thought it would focus on soothing, but I didn't really notice any reduction in facial redness. Also, while I quite liked the scent, it's somewhat like crushed pepper leaves (I guess that's the Cica scent!), which might be hit or miss for some people, so I'm listing it as a con. While it's convenient as an all-in-one, it felt a bit thin in consistency. Sometimes it would unexpectedly squirt out too much, which was a bit troublesome.
TipDespite these issues, I'll probably keep using it in the mornings due to the convenience of it being an all-in-one product.

Here's my take: Texture: A hybrid between water and cream Application: Slightly sticky at first, but absorbs well without feeling heavy Scent: Has that distinct cica aroma (personally, I find it refreshingly invigorating) Hydration: Seems to balance oil and moisture well Richness: Feels a bit rich initially and as temperature and humidity rise Finish: Moisturizing with a slight richness, but not drying which is great Being an all-in-one product, it's super convenient. I've decanted some to keep at work, perfect for a quick post-shower skincare routine. The initial scent is a personal favorite, ideal for refreshing after a night shift. Its strength lies in its simplicity - perfect for summer when you want to skip the cream and finish your skincare in one step after toner.
ConsThe scent is a matter of personal preference - if you're not a fan of forest-like aromas, you might find the strong cica scent off-putting. The initial richness might feel a bit oily as summer approaches. (While the cica ingredients could be beneficial for oily skin, the rich texture might be a downside). However, this could be an advantage during transitional seasons like early autumn. The lid seems a bit fragile - during use, about half of the lid support broke off, unfortunately.

The hydration was excellent. I never felt dry after using this product. 2. It was convenient. Even with just one application, I didn't feel like it was lacking. 3. It didn't cause any blemishes. While I'm not sure if it definitely helps with blemish care, it didn't cause any new breakouts.
ConsThe high moisture content is both an advantage and a disadvantage. As someone with oily-leaning skin, I found it a bit overwhelming as my face started to get greasy after lunchtime.
TipI recommend this for people who wash their face frequently. I particularly enjoyed using it on days when I exercised. It's definitely convenient.
