Normally I would use 3 layers of toner, but with this product, just 1 layer is enough and my skin doesn't feel tight. Of course, I still apply lotion and cream after toning, but layering this toner makes my skin much more moisturized and comfortable. ConsThe ingredients aren't that great, to be honest. But I keep using it because I feel satisfied every time I use it.
