My complexion has brightened up nicely. Really good stuff!
ConsThis product is hard to find in my neighborhood. I wish they would stock up more.

I'll update this review after a few more uses, but here are my initial thoughts: 1. Love that I can use retinol right after cleansing. 2. Despite being an ampoule, it left my skin feeling extra hydrated. It was moisturizing enough to use alone, but adding a sleeping cream on top really boosted the effects. 3. The mask isn't super firm, which made it easy and comfortable to use. 4. Personally, I appreciate that the ampoule is pre-measured - just enough to saturate the mask without excess. I hate when masks are dripping and messy, so this was perfect. (Any tiny bit left over can be patted onto the philtrum and temples). While I'm enjoying it so far, I'd love to see a bit more essence for maximum benefits.
Cons1. It dries rather quickly (especially under the nose). 2. The mask is on the larger side (I'd say it's neither too big nor too small for an average woman's face). However, this is preferable to being too small. The middle section was particularly long - I had to fold it about 2-4cm. Surprisingly, folding it actually helped prevent the mask from evaporating too quickly, keeping the eye and cheekbone areas nicely moisturized. 3. Ingredients ----- After taking a break from retinol due to sensitivity, I tried this mask. It seems my skin hadn't fully calmed down yet. I experienced some tingling and itching towards the end of the mask time, and noticed some faint blemishes under my chin (where I've never had issues before). I quickly dabbed the area with a damp gauze and left it on for a moment. A word of caution to everyone: even if you're used to retinol, overuse can still cause irritation. Use with care!
TipFollow up with intense moisturization after use. Drink plenty of water.
