I take it to stay awake during the day, and it definitely keeps me alert. Since I started using this product, my chronic fatigue has improved significantly! Don't take it at night though!! You won't be able to sleep if you do!

1. There's not enough vitamin solution at the bottom to help swallow the pill! So I drink water with it too..!
