Even for oily skin types, it's too weak to be used alone as the final step in a skincare routine. I apply a small amount of oil or emulsion after this product.

As the weather got hotter, I bought this to apply on my body. I like the Pure Derma line products, so I purchased it without checking the ingredients, but they turned out to be great, so I tried it on my face too. It didn't cause any blemishes and suited me well. It's also great value for money, selling for just 3,000 won at Daiso.

The texture is a typical soothing gel that absorbs quickly without leaving any stickiness. It applies smoothly and keeps the skin feeling moisturized while cooling down body heat. Refrigerating it would probably enhance its soothing effect even more. It has an aromatic scent of rosemary herb mixed with a cooling sensation, but it's not overpowering and dissipates quickly. The volume is just right, making it perfect for use throughout the summer.

I hope this product stays on the market for a long time without being discontinued.

I usually love aloe gel, but I bought this in a rush and... wow, I stumbled upon a real treasure!

1. Skin Soothing
It quickly calmed my extremely dry, cracked skin. Recently, after a trip to the bathhouse, my whole body was irritated. My thighs were especially bad, and I'd been scratching them every night. But after applying this, it was soothed completely in just one day. I was amazed!

2. Ingredients
The ingredients are so gentle that I can apply it worry-free all over my face too. It's truly a multi-purpose product.

3. Value for Money
Daiso... On The Body... Please keep making this! I'm considering stocking up because I'm worried it might disappear from shelves soon.

If you find it too drying after application, I have a tip. You know those great ampoules they sell at Daiso these days? Try mixing this gel with the Daiso Glow Ampoule. I found that combination helps reduce the feeling of dryness.

While it does absorb quickly, it might be a bit too quick for some. As someone with oily skin, I found it okay, but there's a sense that it dries out rather fast. Also, the scent is slightly strong. It has a fresh fragrance, but due to the rapid absorption, the scent fades away pretty quickly.

As the seasons change and my skin starts to feel dry, I was looking for a body emulsion. Since I have oily skin, I wanted something that absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy feeling. That's when I decided to try this soothing gel product.

I'm happy to report that it worked well! It absorbs incredibly fast, and applying it generously right after a shower felt so refreshing. The texture is light enough that you could even use it in summer without feeling weighed down.

However, it doesn't have miraculous effects. I'd say it falls somewhere between 'decent' and 'good'.

This has the best ingredients among Daiso products and doesn't contain ethanol! In my opinion, it's the closest to an Olive Young-quality product among Daiso's soothing gels. I use it religiously whenever I do my soothing gel routine!

The rosemary scent is quite strong! If you're not a fan of herbal fragrances, you might want to avoid this

On a hot day, this soothing gel caught my eye at Daiso. It's surprisingly good! The price is reasonable too - 3000 won for 150ml. It perfectly fulfills its role as a soothing gel, and compared to other aloe soothing gels I've used, it's a bit more viscous and the hydration lasts longer. Even after the gel is fully absorbed, the skin feels moisturized for quite a while. It's the perfect product to use before makeup to cool down your face and provide hydration
