After using it, my boyfriend's scalp is close to being sensitive, greasy, and dry, with dandruff covering his entire scalp. I watched him shampoo more thoroughly for a few days, but it's still the same - his scalp has become too dry. Could that be the reason? Occasionally, when I'm not feeling well or haven't washed my hair for a few days, I develop seborrheic inflammation in only one area of my sensitive, oily scalp. I use about a bottle and feel refreshed and clean when I wash it, but gradually, pimples and sebum granules start appearing on my scalp. I've even had 3 pimples on the back of my neck, 2-3 at a time. I haven't changed my treatment or essence. Since my scalp is very sensitive, if the shampoo doesn't suit me, inflammation starts to sting the affected area within a few days. While I didn't have those symptoms, my entire scalp has been getting oily much faster, and I've developed sebum granules. I haven't felt sebum granules in my hair since middle school. Even when it gets oily, the smell doesn't usually rise from my scalp this quickly. As soon as I wake up, I can smell it on my scalp. I can tell just by brushing my hair or touching my scalp. The cleansing power is excellent, but it doesn't control the odor. +) After writing the review, I went to the scalp center the next day and was diagnosed under a microscope as having an extremely dry scalp. The dryness has disrupted the oil-water balance, causing pimples, increased dandruff, and thickened dandruff layers, leading to sebum granules. +) After changing the shampoo and washing my hair, 18 hours later, it still hasn't gotten greasy. When I touch my scalp, I don't feel any oiliness, and when I rub it with my fingers, I can barely feel a slight amount. The scalp odor is starting to come up, but I have to get close to smell it. This is the usual state of my scalp. I haven't changed anything except the shampoo, but these problems have arisen. ‼️Summary‼️ - Oiliness starts coming up after 12 hours (Similar level of oiliness after 18 hours with another brand shampoo) - Sebum granules have formed (No sebum granules since 8th grade) - Odor comes up with oil within 8 hours (No odor for nearly 24 hours with another brand shampoo) - No seborrheic inflammation, but pimples have formed (One painful, round, large pimple that doesn't pop) - 3 pimples on the back of my neck (2-3 at a time, painful and round, don't pop) - Large pimples have formed (They are red but don't pop or burst) - The microscopic diagnosis revealed the problem is due to an extremely dry scalp
