While I'm not sure if it's exceptionally great, I'm satisfied that it hasn't caused any urinary tract infections.
ConsHowever, as you use it up, the bottle becomes lighter. When holding a baby and trying to dispense with one hand, the bottle might fly off.

Leaves skin feeling soft and not dried out. One pump is enough for a thorough cleanse, so no need for multiple pumps.
ConsIt has a noticeable scent. Personally, I prefer fragrance-free products, so the scent is a bit bothersome for me. I'd definitely repurchase if they made an unscented version. The tall, slim bottle design makes it unstable and prone to tipping over, as others have pointed out.
TipThe regular price is a bit steep, so it's best to stock up during sales.

It's surprisingly handy and I found myself reaching for it often! * It rinses off cleanly without leaving any residue.
Cons* The scent isn't overpowering, but it might be divisive. * It's disappointing that you can't see the product level in the container. * If you keep it in a place that gets wet often, water seeps into the container and mixes with the foam when dispensed, which is inconvenient. I had to move it to a different spot. * Personally, while I find the bubble type convenient, it always feels a bit wasteful. I wish it came in a larger size.
TipBesides using it for the hip area and sensitive parts, I also used it for quick hand washing, which worked well. Although it's marketed as a specialized product, it's gentle enough for use on other body parts too!

Baby's bottom can easily become sensitive, and with diapers making it stuffy and damp, it's great to have Atopalm's trusted product. It uses mild cleansing ingredients derived from natural coconut oil to soothe skin damaged by external irritants. It's even completed sensitivity tests for sensitive skin! No harmful ingredients - free from 10 skin-irritating substances! You can feel the rich lather washing away gently, leaving the skin moisturized. When I tried it on my hands, they didn't feel dry at all, but nicely hydrated. It even cleans up messy newborn poop effectively! It's great for keeping baby's bottom, especially for little girls who need frequent washing, both dry and moisturized.
ConsThere's a slight scent that somewhat reminds me of dishwashing liquid.
TipA small amount goes a long way - even a tiny squeeze produces abundant lather for effective cleansing.

The 200ml size is generous, and it has a long shelf life. The pump is easy to use with one hand, and a single press dispenses just the right amount for washing. What I really loved was that it creates a rich, creamy lather without needing to work it up separately, allowing for gentle cleansing. Atopalm is a brand I trust for my sensitive little one, and I'm extremely satisfied with this product.
ConsI haven't found any drawbacks while using this product yet.
TipAtopalm Baby Hip Cleanser offers: pH balance maintenance (mildly acidic), low irritation cleansing, protection and soothing for sensitive areas, and is free from 10 harmful ingredients. With its great formulation, it goes beyond just rinsing with water, effectively removing bacteria and odors. There's really no reason not to use it.

We're really satisfied with how gentle they are on the skin. The new bottom cleanser is also working out great for us! It's definitely better to use a specialized product for this area. Since the bottom is prone to diaper rash and irritation due to frequent diaper changes, using a dedicated product feels like it's providing extra protection. The foam formula makes it quick and easy to clean, leaving the skin feeling fresh yet soft. When it comes to cleaning little ones' bottoms, speed is key, and this product is perfect for that! It's practically fragrance-free, which is great, and since it's for such a sensitive area, I really trust Atopalm's ingredients. The 200ml size seems generous too. Highly recommended!
ConsThere wasn't really anything I disliked. If I had to nitpick, I wish it was slightly less expensive since it's a product we use daily...
TipI've been using it myself too, not just for the baby. It leaves my skin feeling extra fresh! It's really great for adults to use as well.

Before trying this product, I used to clean my baby after pooping with just wet wipes or water. But I wanted to be more thorough, so I started using body wash. However, liquid body washes were a bit tricky - I had to apply them to the skin, rub them in, and it took quite a while to rinse off. This foam-type product is fantastic because it allows for quick washing and rinsing! Plus, my little one had a stomach bug last week and was pooping 4-5 times a day. After a quick clean with wipes, I'd use this product to wash, and it was great - no lingering smell and less irritation on the skin.
ConsThe only downside is that since my baby is still young and needs to be held while washing, it's a bit tricky to pump the product with one hand while holding the baby with the other.

Then I discovered Atopalm Baby Hip Cleanser. The key feature of this product is its mild acidity, making it gentle enough for children's sensitive skin. It leaves a fresh feeling without drying, maintaining moisture. The foam pump dispenser is easy for my first-grader to use independently. The foam is rich and doesn't collapse quickly, making it pleasant for cleaning intimate areas. My child says it feels like playing with bubbles and has a light floral scent that isn't overwhelming. The cleanser's ingredients help prevent the skin from feeling tight or dry after washing. It's said to strengthen the skin barrier, provide hydration, and protect the skin, promoting overall skin health. I'll continue using it, though it's too early to see dramatic results.
ConsSince my child can use it easily on their own and we haven't experienced any blemishes yet, I don't have any complaints so far.

I searched online and bought a reasonably priced product called A*ka, but then I won Atopalm! Thanks to that, I got to compare the two. First off, the lather is similar for both. Since my little one can't really tell the difference, I tried using it as a hip cleanser, body wash, and face cleanser to compare. As a hip cleanser, being gentle and non-irritating is most important, and I'm satisfied with that. I also wanted some cleansing effectiveness, and it cleanses well without causing any deep dryness while keeping the skin hydrated. Compared to A*ka, it seems to leave the skin feeling more moisturized after cleansing. The Atopalm bottle is also easier to use one-handed when dispensing foam. Other than that, they're pretty similar.
ConsThere's a faint herbal scent, probably from natural extracts. While it might be great for other uses, I wonder if it would be better to have no fragrance at all for a product used on sensitive areas.
TipIt's excellent as a facial cleanser. It leaves just the right amount of hydration that I love. Being in foam form makes it convenient to use too.

I'm relieved that it's gentle and only requires a small amount, as babies' skin is delicate and I'm always cautious about using cleansers on them. My elementary school daughter says it's great for using on her bottom when she has a rash, as it's not irritating like regular body wash. It's also perfect for frequent summer showers - I use it on areas where I sweat a lot, and it doesn't dry out my skin.
ConsThere weren't any particular downsides. It would be nice if they offered refills or larger sizes.
TipIt seems to be lightening the pigmentation on my bottom. I guess my skin was too dry before. If you have issues with pigmentation, give this a try.
