My first experience with a cleansing balm
It removed makeup well and didn't leave my skin feeling tight, which I really liked. I'm usually not a fan of scented products, but I used this without any blemishes appearing.

The amount is small and the plastic scoop and lid are not great. Cleansing is not effective with the small amount.

It was quite nice. It didn't smear and wiped off well with just a small amount.

Pro tip: I've found it's much more convenient to remove the plastic insert and spatula completely, just open the lid, and use a cleansing device to scoop out the product.

Jar packaging:
Compared to cleansing milks or oils that you can squeeze out or use with a pump, having to unscrew the lid or use a spatula is a bit inconvenient. The jar format also makes me a little concerned about hygiene.
