I used to use a separate eye makeup remover, but this dissolves even mascara, so now I complete my first cleanse with just this product. I bought it because it's supposed to clean pores, and when I use it, I can feel the sebum dissolving and coming out in little grains! After using it, I can see that some blackheads have actually dissolved. I switched to this cleansing balm from cleansing gel because oils gave me blemishes, and it's so much more convenient that I think I'll stick with it! ConsRecommendedI'm not a fan of jar packaging, but I guess it's unavoidable with a balm formula. They provide a spatula, but it's a bit disappointing that it's hard to store it properly on the plastic lid. Also, it's a bit tricky to control the amount you use, so I tend to use more than necessary. Other than that, everything else is fine!
