It works wonderfully as a blush shade.
ConsIt's a bit disappointing that it transfers to the puff, so the adherence isn't as good when applied with a puff compared to using your fingers.
TipWhen applied with a finger puff, it transfers well and goes on smoothly.

Anyway, the product creates a beautiful blurry effect, just like its texture suggests. The spread is fantastic - it doesn't clump even when applied with fingers. As someone who tends to pick at my lips, I'd recommend using this only as a blusher if you're like me. It can't help with lip dead skin cells, unfortunately. I love how pigmented it is, though! Oh, and the color matches exactly with the sticker on the back of the product! It's seriously identical. However, if you have yellowish undertones like me, it might appear warmer than expected. I applied what I thought was a mauve tone, but why did it turn rosy? Make sure to test the color before buying!
ConsThere aren't really any drawbacks. It seems to settle a bit quickly when applied to the lips, but that's probably common for those with a lot of lip dead skin cells. Anyway, I'm really enjoying using it.
TipI bought a set with a silicone tip applicator last time, but it wasn't as impressive as I thought. In my opinion, using your hands works better for achieving that blurry effect.
